Does anyone know when you can access the balance on your club account from selling your season tickets on the ticket exchange over the season- can it be used for next seasons ST, or does it have to be withdrawn?

"Current season ticket holders with ticketing credit in their account will be able to withdraw their balance to a nominated bank account at the end of the season. Supporters will be contacted with further information on how to do this. While not directly able to purchase their 2025/26 season ticket using this credit, supporters will be able to contribute to their season ticket using the withdrawal."

This directly contradicts what the official website states, so it appears that they don't know either.

It gave me the option when I renewed of using my balance (£24) when I got to the payment screen.
