Qpr cash on 21:42 - May 19 with 2149 views | daveB | you have to add it as a voucher before you go to the checkout, It's was easier for John Cleese to cross the bridge in Holy Grail but good luck Ensure you are logged into your QPR Club Account by clicking 'Log In' in the top right-hand corner of the page. Once logged in you will be directed back to the Online Shop. Once you have finished shopping, click on your basket. Above the checkout, you will see 'Please login to view your QPR cash balance'. Please click Login. Please enter the email address associated with your QPR Club Account. You will receive an email from the QPR Official Store with a 6 digit code (please check your Junk Folder) Enter this 6 digit code. You will now see your QPR Cash balance. Within the redemption box, select how much QPR Cash you want to redeem from your balance and then select the 'Redeem' button. Once selected, the balance will be automatically deducted from your account. You will then be provided with a code which you can copy and proceed to 'Checkout'. Paste the code in the 'Discount Code' box and click 'Apply' to redeem your QPR Cash balance. [Post edited 19 May 21:43]

Cheers, get the impression they don't really want people to spend it ! Last season all you did was pilot in the amount you wanted to use and job done, obviously that was too easy.

Qpr cash on 21:43 - May 22 with 1279 views | numptydumpty | Yes I am reasonably techy person Last season I probably spent nearly five hours going around in a loop attempting to add my discount. It's ridiculously over complicated and unfortunately extremely poorly explained also. This year surprised myself completing this onerous task on my third attempt. QPR office, please look at how Amazon do this as your way is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Or is it so unbelievably complex to put people off using their QPR Cash at all. Would not surprise me. Claimed a long distance rail fare back that required the brains of Einstein to process...

Thanks so much for the very clear instructions. Shame the club don't have anything like this on their website.
Qpr cash on 12:24 - May 30 with 304 views | Walnut | Echo most of what's been said above. Tried to spend my QPRCash, no clear option to pay with it. 4th attempt found a redeem Voucher button, that did split my bill QPRCash + balance owed BUT post transaction, the QPRCash wasn't referenced and the full bill was charged to my card! Had to phone the store (as someone above said the Nottingham number is of no use for this), a helpful guy said he'd redeem my card with my QPRCash amount. Tellingly he said this is happening to a lot of people and the Store staff are bombarding IT to fix!

Always happens this time of year - there is a bit of a run on stock as everyone rushes to spend their leftover cash and the shop don't reorder stock with next seasons gear about to come in. Went down there earlier this week and they barely had a pair of socks. The retro kits are still available though.

Also the unsold replica and training kit gets taken away to be flogged off at the ‘boot sale’ which was last week i think. I managed to purchase a sweatshirt that I didn’t really need which after deductions and QPR cash only costed me a grand total of 15p + p&p so I can’t complain too hard. I’m sure it’ll come in useful as an extra layer up at some northern hell hole or other during our 8 match losing run in November! [Post edited 30 May 12:59]
