 | Forum Thread | Weird Random Facts - QPR related or anything related !!! at 17:05 1 Apr 2025
Weird Random Fact I found out today that the ex England cricketer and captain Mike Gatting was on trial as a goalkeeper for QPR at the age of 14. He wasn't successful but the other trialist that day was chosen. A certain Philip Parkes !! Qpr's loss was England crickets gain. Poor old Mike was told he was too fat and too short. Hence fat Gatt took up cricket instead... |

 | Forum Thread | Wednesday this week Big game for us at 14:56 31 Mar 2025
Derby's game in hand at home to Preston Last thing we need is a home win Be only five points ahead of relegation zone. I personally am not worrying regards relegation. Feel there is too many teams lower than ourselves. But Wednesday night truly need to become PNE superfans. Mr Eustace and Co, need their momentum stopped pronto . [Post edited 31 Mar 14:57]

Adhered to apparently, so why in last few seasons have we experienced the worst injury records in our history. Probably about half a squad out at the moment and still Morrison and Lloyd are limited to cameos and players pick up injuries between games not during games. Now we hear these are important so that players do not pick up.further injuries, so why are they MILLION times.worse.than most periods in our.HISTORY. I am all for new ideas and options, if they work but this seems to be total BS. It's not working in anyways. Worst injury records iny memories. Appreciate the boss is in DUBAI, but we have a few.employees in UK actively employed helping in these roles. When I am assessed in my jobs, if the results are.awful, either the processes are looked at, ie the way of doing things is WRONG, or I am wrong, ie not up to the job and LET GO. Anyone on here that actually believes In this process The STATS are saying OTHERWISE. |
 | Forum Thread | That one is on Marti at 17:01 29 Mar 2025
The starting line up was never ever going to work. Having a centre forward, even one as limited as Lloyd would make a difference. Starting Dembele through the middle and with keeping Anderson helping Paal. Doomed to fail. I think today also showed Morrison must start also. And Yang too, given current availabilities. Another infuriating game when the plan is in place when we are out of the game. Yes we have bad injuries, but we still could be competitive, it's only Stoke, but we were set up to lose the game. This is on the manager today, am sad to say. [Post edited 29 Mar 17:02]

 | Forum Thread | Points,required for safety at 12:47 25 Mar 2025
Five for me gets us to 50 points A draw away at Stoke and home win against Cardiff in next two fixtures, could well be enough, given they are matches against clubs in greater danger than ourselves. Eight games left... What do others feel is required?? [Post edited 25 Mar 12:48]

How dreadful for the man. His wife and two of his daughters murdered by a total psychopath Thank God the murderer will never leave prison. The poor chap and his surviving daughter will live their own life sentence. It's evil beyond evil. Hard to comprehend the darkness behind this. It's truly awful. |
 | Forum Thread | Yang next season ?? at 08:36 2 Mar 2025
Is Yang here next season ?? Can only assume he is, as the loan makes no sense otherwise ... Definitely a player there as a very young man, but we have depth in the three behind. Won't be good enough for Spurs next season but they paid a reasonable amount for him, so for me, I am assuming it's an 18 month loan and not just the last half of this season. What do others think ??? |
 | Forum Thread | Sh*thousery by the Referee at 07:43 2 Mar 2025
In injury time in the second half, someone threw a bottle at one of their players from the safe standing section (Stan Bowles) stand. It landed off the pitch. But the referee ran from the centre circle, right over to where it landed, picked it up and then ran directly right across the pitch and placed it, in front of one of the dug outs, off the pitch, then ran to the centre circle and then blew his whistle to restart the game. This took nearly two minutes of the six minutes injury time. Great sh*thousery by the ref. Did Sheffield s job for them !!! CCTV could surely have sorted this. Was this absolutely necessary ?? Can't see one up here yet, so will give it a go. Think could be a decent game today and obviously more confident on this one than at home to Plymouth or Oxford Three one Rangers Yang Frey and Field to score |
 | Forum Thread | Transfer policy massively attack orientated at expense of defensive cover !! at 22:23 26 Feb 2025
Our transfers this season seem to be unearthing many talents at the top end of the pitch. Many gems seemingly found in attack orientated roles. But we seem to be very top heavy. Last few games, most subs are attack with very few defenders replaced. With more and more young players found from all over but how few have we had in defence. The focus in the summer has clearly got to be at the back. We.literally don't need much more at all upfront. Sure it's being looked at but does seem a poor oversight recently. Fingers crossed the new Paul Parker Darren Peacock Clive Wilson Dave Bardsley need to be found. Get cracking on that database please Mr Nourry... [Post edited 26 Feb 22:24]

 | Forum Thread | Forever R's - Les Ferdinand at 12:05 22 Feb 2025
Appreciate Forever R's was, more than likely a new scheme and probably was introduced under Les's watch. He was in my eyes, our greatest ever number nine. Definitely in my time of watching Rangers. The guy got so much stick, unfortunately also a few personal insults as Director of Football, but if ever a man deserves an ovation for his unbelievable contribution to our history - its Les. I get the times under his watch with regards to being the Director of Football weren't the best, but you could always tell he gave it his all. In fact, the sh*t show that he inherited with a squad of massively over paid has-been prima donnas, he did well to stabilise us and especially with the finances and also throughout dealing with the FFP fine hanging over us every season, I think he did a decent job. Ainsworth as manager from day one was a disaster as a manager from ourselves and although obviously none of us could have been happy with his performances in the role, he got no personal insults at all, as a previous legend at the club. I know a lot on here were heavily critical of Les - harshly in my eyes, but I do feel the club should introduce him into the Forever R's club most definitely. Maybe, its too early after he left and with a lot of the previous regime still here, perhaps it wont happen as yet. Surely has to though, am certain the crowd at the ground would give the guy a standing ovation. As said our greatest centre forward ever - surely needs looking at ?? [Post edited 22 Feb 12:05]

Well i can blame it on my lady friend , but sorry, in reality, for me i have to admit this dark dark secret I have been hiding for way too long... I watch Eastenders....... And tonight I was sad watching because one of the only normal characters seems to have been killed off in their live 40th Anniversary edition. Now Rangers boys and girls, who else needs to come into the room, stand up and say in front of all, "My name is .... and I watch Eastenders" My name is Numpty and I watch Eastenders !!!!! 🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣🫣 Is that bad ??? | Forum Thread | Centre Forwards / Wide Attackers - next Season at 16:12 19 Feb 2025
Currently we could potentially choose from 5 Players who are under our employment at the moment, who could be the man up top in our team. Said wide attackers, simply because Kelman and Kolli, not necessarily number nines. But yes, after debating elsewhere on here. Wondered what others thought. So currently we could have next season. Celar Frey Kolli Lloyd Kelman Out of these five, how many would you want here next season and who would you choose to move on / let go. I think there could be two to be let go out of these five. And we will bring in one new signing. What are others thoughts on this ?? [Post edited 19 Feb 16:15]

 | Forum Thread | Squad depth at 22:52 14 Feb 2025
With a great performance tonight. We still currently have Clarke Salter, Kolli, Dembele, Celar and Anderson, all currently injured as well, it's the amount of players, we have that we can call on, that is massive... For many seasons, if Willock or Chair got injured, we were done for. We have even temporarily added seemingly another couple of quality loans in Edwards and Yang also. Suddenly we are competitive and can cope even if we lose half a team, heady days indeed !! |

 | Forum Thread | A decent season then go all in for next season at 19:01 12 Feb 2025
I know it was disappointing losing in last minute last night. Swings and roundabouts Can't win every game. But this season the improvements are impressive and in particular with regards to players coming through or adapting to our league. Fingers very firmly crossed Marti and Xavi are here for the whole of next season and we can see where the fates take us. Players will have more experience and a few other changes to bring in the right blend. Tbf I would be delighted this season if we maintain our form and a mid table finish I think it's likely next season is a defining moment for us to really progress if we ever are. The green shoots are there. Please Rangers don't follow all this with often seen losing runs. For me 2025 / 2026 could be our season.. How do others feel re team building, depth, style etc and results playing the right way. [Post edited 12 Feb 19:02]

 | Forum Thread | Time to Actually Enjoy being a QPR Fan at 09:22 11 Feb 2025
For last two years before this fantastic run of form, like most, when I have been walking up to grounds before the games, I have been experiencing impending doom. This hasn't been the case for the last few months, so currently it feels amazing and brilliant with all that's happened recently. Yet, there is still a few that will still moan and whinge. We have to enjoy this time, as we all know, moments in time such as these are rare following our occasionally brilliant, but often flawed football team. Keep smiling everyone. Times are definitely shining right now. C'mon you Supa Hoopsa !!!! |
