They have sought the truth and found it We are shamed These leeches are as bad as those that commit the crimes , possibly worse

Give it a rest. Your ongoing diatribe against the legal profession shames you. People are entitled to a defence because some of them might actually be innocent. We've seen what happens when the Police themselves choose who is guilty and who isn't. Your average Copper isn't the shiniest star in the sky. I'd prefer the decision to be out of their hands. The biggest problem by far is the judiciary. Far too many people of doubtful morals like the Judge who handed down this pathetic sentence. In all cases of violence the default should be the maximum possible unless serious extenuating circumstances exist.
| Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. |

Been a while Jamie I stand by every word So there This killer will serve half that time and be put before being able to vote Now, if you're happy with that , then it's your issue His legal team will be happy with that result Thanks

We have adversarial system We need defence lawyers when on shite We also know the tricks barristers come up with We know barristers will be indignant They know the system Coppers clearly not the shiniest but they are the ones tasked with running into conflict rather than running away

Maybe a culture of who will prosecute me anyway , I am a kid so I can get away with anything , courts will give a second chance so do not kill somebody again please . Do some Community service and do not appear in the dock again or it will be frowned on .

Yes of course we need a defence team but it doesn't mean to say we have to admire what they often do , which is to obfuscate suffocates a conviction found not guilty Barristers never ask a question to which they don't already know the answer It's a circus and both police and barristers know it Seven years does not mean seven years will be served

My dislike was the fact that the defence after they clients were found guilty have to spout the now too often repeated the mitigating circumstances "my clients are full of remorse, bad upbring , never intended to cause harm" etc etc, they were found guilty of a despicable crime and no matter what reasons are given they knew what they were going to do and did.
