cannot see how they punish palace and yet lyon, relegated can enter comp, if they say same owners then both clubs are punished?? as much as i dislike palace this seems harsh .
a few clubs have multiple owners or sponsors, surely ALL ARE CONFLICTS of interest?

Lyon’s relegation was overturned on appeal, hence Palace’s demotion.
