New Season Tickets 16:18 - Jul 17 with 630 views

My family all renewed our season tickets a few months ago as we usually do to take advantage of the early bird prices. I was under the impression that the old cards would be used again this season. Today my wife received a new plastic card and a letter. The letter said ' supporters who have purchased a concession season ticket are advised that they must provide valid ID for their purchase by August 1st otherwise your account will be put on hold and your card deactivated.'
We are on concessionary tickets and have been for a number of years as we are pensioners. If I need to provide ID how do I it there is nothing I can see online that allows you to this.
Any of you guys help out there?
Or should I just ignore it, it's not like I can pop down and sort it out as we live in Aberystwyth a 4 hour round trip.

I would email the club and ask them what proof they needed and ask if you can photograph it and send it by email.
