Sheehan Out? Let's all Calm Down. 13:13 - Aug 10 with 1918 viewsswansjack84

Our Pre-season has been uneventful. And the start of the season is what many of us expected.

I won't sit here and go through everything that is right or wrong. But I will say this, we are rebuilding and it's not going to suddenly happen overnight. New players who have come in, need time, we have had alot of injuries, plus there are still gaps in the team that need filling. On top of that we have lost alot of experience in the team.

It's madness to see so many people already talking about Sheehan to be sacked.

Did they get it wrong yesterday, sure. Will he do it again next weekend, maybe. But let's see where we are at in a few months time.

Im impatient as the next person and want results but saying we are going to be a team to go down, come on.

Sheehan Out? Let's all Calm Down. on 09:17 - Aug 11 by onehunglow

Morning
First of all , as was the case with Lukey, we can't afford to sack him !
It's baffling
Last season he saved our skin and turned the performances around
Without doubt, players signed up for him and he deservedly got the gig
He got players in early
We had a pre season where we showed no pattern, no style and little commitment
Friendlies , contrary to what some say , are not meaningless , at least they shouldn't be

With Fulton starting and directing passes sideways , safely, it was obvious we had no Smbition to win merely to hang on and hope
Fans won't take that for long

Widdle looks very keen as does Galbraith

Not to start Widdle was criminal

This is going to be a very tough team and those saying let's see where we are after ten matches are missing the point

Finally , his interviews portray a decent chap and a humble and one
It's probably why I'm uneasy but I was with Cooper,Rusty and Lukey

Bloody football is back

It was a Luke Williamsesque performance. There were a couple last season, but there were also exciting, entertaining games where we went at opponents.

I’d guess we’ll be more open tomorrow, then Saturday is more of an indicator of where he’s at. I’ll be disappointed if he starts Fulton at home.
