At the same time the Israeli's are creating yet more illegal settlements on the West Bank which one of his radical right wing government has apparently openly stated that the reason for doing so is to ensure that a two state solution can never happen. This at a time when virtually every government (that i'm aware of), apart from the US, says the only way the issues can be resolved IS by agreeing to a two state solution as part of a peace deal.
A bit of a sidetrack which i'm hoping someone with more knowledge can help with. I heard a British Jewish person on one of the phone ins a couple of weeks ago who said that when their mother was growing up she was taught that a Jewish life was worth a thousand Arab lives. I'll take that as fact as he was talking about his own mother.
So, if that was how Israeli's were educated in the past what sort of a warped mindset did that create in them. Hamas neess to officially disband, lay down their arms and surrender or disappear to wherever will have them. The people of Palestine need to hand all the hstages back and beg for a peace deal which includes the agreement to never put a terrorist group in charge again, maybe even accept direct rukle from Israel and then do that thing that so many immigrants to the UK don't do...accept it's Britain and adopt a way of life that is suitable for this country, they don't have to give up any religion but they do have to accept British law and British societal norms.
