I ‘thought’ we’d made a reduced wage, short term offer, which he was stalling on whilst hoping for other options.

The offer is on the table.
Obviously very reduced wages.
He is looking for another club, but nothing as yet, but can see us signing him last day of the window. He would be back up. I do expect us to sign another CM, but can see us, having him here also. Dixon Bonner is still on our books but likely a 35 year old Colback, a better option than him, if we can move DB on. [Post edited 25 Aug 7:29]
