Immigrants 19:16 - Sep 19 with 4817 views | builthjack | Everyone is concerned about “the people coming in on boats. Immigrants” Nothing is mentioned about the ones coming in through the front door, who then bring family with them. So about 30,000 by boats so far this year. 1,218,000 in through the front door in 2023. Followed by members of their family in the next year or two. That’s nearly 1.2 million through the front door, 1,031,000 of them from outside the eu. That’s where the problems lie. Why isn’t that on the news twenty times a day ? [Post edited 19 Sep 19:17]

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Immigrants on 16:59 - Sep 24 by SullutaCreturned | More xenophobic nonsense then Tramps. You are never going to change what happened hundreds of years ago, after 600 years give it a rest and focus on the present. A UK citizen moving to another part of the UK is not immigration. How's this, we kick out all the English but then all the Welsh people living in England have to come "home"? |
The occupied territories belong to the Welsh butt.

Immigrants on 14:57 - Sep 24 by trampie | There are a lot of immigrants in Wales that come from the East, a lot of them are old and grey. |
At least have the guts to throw on people of colour that are piling Welsh culture How you get away with such racist filth beats me If you are serious then you are truly sick in your soul If winding up then cut it out No British person can possibly be an immigrant within its own country You are a British citizen and will remain so until you die , like me You insult personally every poster on here who has married an English woman or/ and have English born kids which is the case with a well know super loyal fan on here Nobody should bother be offended by that which you post It’s no wonder Welsh people are ridiculed after reading your hate posts By all means go DM with me and discuss

Immigrants on 09:17 - Sep 24 by AnotherJohn | Legal immigration is too high and is the bigger long-term problem, but the illegal entries get publicity because of the risks they pose (many resultant deaths and sexual assaults now over the last 5 years or so) and the manifest unfairness when asylum seekers are treated better than other disadvantaged groups. There is a story of some hard-to-swallow episode almost every week. Here is the latest one. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/world/fury-as-home-office-contractor-spends-344-0 |
How come asylum seekers get a doctors appointment, some locals have to wait a long time to get an appointment.

The Government would probably say this is done to meet our treaty obligations to provide healthcare for asylum seekers. Actually though, some EU countries such as Germany require irregular immigrants to be in the country for a certain period of time before they are eligible for certain dental and other treatments, so once again I think this is due to the UK's "expansionist" interpretation of what it is required to do. https://www.bmj.com/content/350/bmj.h2681?utm_medium=internal&utm_source=tre

Expansionist is the work, the ECHR requires a Government to provide protection for anyone at risk of destitution. This has been turned into a narrow focus on migrants rights rather than the general population by lawyers, courts and Government. If migrants are given ' favourable ' treatment compared to other groups who are at risk of destitution them people are correct to call out the difference as the ECHR makes no provision for distinguishing between groups beyond those ' at risk of destitution '.
