From today until Christmas, Scrubs Lane, Wood Lane and North Pole Road are having major gasworks, which will entail loads of varied road closures.
Antone coming in that way to get to The Pav and/or Rangers (plus the Westfield zombies) would be advised to use an alternative route, shank’s pony or a helicopter.

went through there this morning, 6.30, the traffic was pilling up then, and thats before they'd put the 3 way traffic lights up.
looks like one lane going up to scrubs lane, one lane going back to wood lane.
probably will run past christmas as well.... |  |

I mean to be fair I live round the corner from Scrubs Lane and it’s had temporary lights on it somewhere for about the last four years now. It’s a semi permanent car park
Add the permanent temporary lights at Grove/Harrow Road and it’s just marvellous

Donkey's ago, a disgruntled bus driver abandoned his number 7 bus in North Pole Rd, just by the horse trough. It took ages for a replacement driver to arrive and sort it.
