And so... back to the main business at hand

As far as i'm concerned, it's like the season really starts here. We've proven we can be really good when we play to our strengths, and when we don't (or hinder ourselves from doing so) we're vulnerable

What the FA Cup game shows is that the mentality being carried onto the field in knock-out games is just as poor as it was at the back end of last season. IMO therefore, we simply can't afford not to finish top of the pile

Get to it, Dale

I was just thinking that it's a massive game on Saturday to restore order.....but what game is n't from now right to the business end of the season. No easy or free hit games. Having established ourselves at the top of the pile we now need to sustain the position and like Halifax defeat a few days ago, getting a win over our lot will be boost to all other Clubs.

Sadly, the FA Cup is gone for 12months but McNulty needs to learn from the York game....we meet them in another 3 weeks.Don't make it 4 wins for them.

Still in good shape though.

Can we show 'bouncebackability'? We have already done twice this season after defeats to Brackley and Halifax. Lost our last 2 home games - dont want an unwelcome hat-trick. Whatmuff back is massive - lets go again.

Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10
