The mind boggling thing is despite signing 2 wingers and looking like he was going to switch to 4-4-2, 4-4-1-1 or 4-3-3 at least, but he's stuck with 3 CB's.

What’s mind boggling is that every single recent manager we have had probably since Poch/Koeman has been so ineffective where substitutes are concerned and if anything their subs have had the total opposite effect and made us worse each time
