I thought MK Dons played some nice football against us in the Cup and were unlucky really.
With regard to the history of the club, with AFC Wimbledon having done so well, all's well that end well isn't it? MK now has a football club and that has got to be a good thing for the New City and probably for North Bucks and thereabouts as well.
I'm Bucks born and bred and think that it's a good thing anyway......... you'll be waiting a long time for Aylesbury to have a decent team, and Wycombe's a long long way to go if you live in the North of the county. |  |

As I have quite a few mates who have season tickets at Northampton I have listened to them since the club first appeared down the road and I can tell you that they are not and will not ever be happy about them. And I don't blame them.
I'm sure if you were going to see NTFC (or QPR for that matter) and then one day a new football club appeared not much more than 12 miles away........ and TWO divisions higher I am sure you would be pretty p!ssed off about it.
No one would mind if a team came up through the divisions and made it into the Championship (ala Rushden and Diamonds FC) but to just go straight there is what was seriously wrong with the whole situation. If the club folded then buy the name and start again but start where everyone else starts from.
Can never accept them I'm afraid!
