On paper they shouldn't be awe inspiring and most were predicting Palarse for the drop - not promotion. Holloway is playing a completely different system from Freedman so they have had to adjust. How can we stabilise and sort out a philosophy for this football club if we don't even know who the bloody manager will be at the start of the season?
I've had enough of this. TF is a great guy but he doesn't have a clue what he is doing still.
We need a proper director of football in charge of signing players to fit a club philosophy that isn't dependent on the manager.
We need new a capable coach who can be here to implement the preferred formation/system, but it isn't a compete disaster if they ever leave.

The new championship season is only getting closer by the day we need to ship out 15/20 players and if the manager goes we then need to find a new one who will want a different set of players and might not want some of the lads who said they would stay . Warnock was lucky the side gelled early if the new side don't the championship will punish us. League 2 sides rip there squads up and start again every year not a perm now championship side as the quality is too good we are in for another horrible season if uncle Harry sets off into the sunset |  |
