You’d have thought we’d have enough fans on the database to sell around the 27000 odd general admission tickets. Had the cooperate sold out yet?
Wonder if they’d allow season ticket holders to purchase extra tickets nearer the time? |

The longer it takes for Dibling to move the worse it is for Saints .
.It’s good that the club are not rolling over but there comes a point where asking too much and the move falling through., we need the money and the earlier we get it the better.
If I was an Everton fan I wouldn’t be too pleased spending 40 odd million on Dibling, an unproven premier league player . If that’s the going rate then it really has gone crazy. |

Unfortunately we can only dream being like the likes of Bournemouth, Brentford, Fulham, Palace, Brighton who all went up and established them selfs.
They also didn’t have a bunch of fvcking idiots in charge who took an established premier league club to 2 relegations in 3 seasons and now trying to convince us it’s almost impossible to go up and stay up. |

40 million is a cracking deal for Dibling and the club have done well to hold out for that
Perhaps with a better manager and better coaches Dibling may become a proven premier league player .
As someone else said I’ll go all out to get David Brooks in as I think he’ll be a much better player for us this season than Dibling would have been. |

We need to sell before we buy, even if we didn’t have such an overloaded squad .
We probably still need to raise £60 million somehow , perhaps the hold up for Ramsdale signing for Newcastle is we are pushing for a sale rather than a loan .
If we can get a decent fee for him and dibling then we may be near that, unfortunately i think we will have to sell Fernandes too.
Only once we know who’s going can we think about signing anyone else.
Come September I fear we will have a weaker squad than when we finished 4th under Martin. |

I never know why the club don’t actually publish how many season tickets have been sold . Would be good to know.
For all we know sold out could mean 10000 rather then 15 or 20,000 also do they count cooperate season tickets in the number.
You can bet your bottom dollar Portsmouth fans will be saying they’ve got more season ticket holders by the time the season starts. It will be true as they will tell the whole world it is. |

I know our ticket office gets criticised, rightly sometimes, but interestingly Wrexham have still not released any details of when their tickets are going on sale for our game - less than 2weeks before the game.
Plenty of rumours on their forum with the latest being a straight ballot- can’t see that personally as that would just delay the tickets even more. |

One thing that annoys me is how we get overlooked about how good our support has been .
If it was Portsmouth that finished on 12 points losing 30 out of 38 games and selling out all our away games and I think all but 2 home games then Radio Solent , BBC south and ITV would be all over it .
Perhaps it’s because we tend not to boost about it and not desperate to be known as best fans at every opportunity. |
