I think you are right about Chair creating chances in games for players who couldn't score and he will probably be in an expectant mood when he gets on the pitch with those two in the line up. A huge upgrade on Dykes, Bonne & Celar |

absolutely spot on. It's good to have strikers who can run, score and create chances. We now go to watch the games with expectation rather than hope of scoring goals. how long he or anyone else on form stays is out of our hands, so let's relax and enjoy watching them whilst they are here |

They were both so brave in that interview to share this sad news. They were doing their best to sound positive, but I saw sadness and pain on their faces too. It is such a cruel and devastating illness. I hope they can find a cure or at least treatment to slow the progression. |

His game improved at the end of last season and he created chances for the team. He has clearly kicked on from then and is now getting stuck in to tackles. This has made him a much better midfielder and yes a bit more similar to the likes of Masson & Wilkins. He also reminds me of Mike Fillery, another midfielder who was lambasted in his early, but later on became a very useful player. Well done to him, Julien, the coaches and possibly to his teammates for the help they have given to settle into this league. |

Rusty maybe, yet Frey had the only shot on target in the game . I expected changes , including a game for Field alongside Hayden, but was surprised that Burrell was rested. Hopefully Burrell, Saito and Madsen will start against Bristol City. |

That's also the only opposition goal I ever clapped. I was sitting in the upper loft and had an excellent view of it. I seem to recall he bowed to the fans. |

I disagree about Austin coasting and being unfit after the loan spell. I don't think a lot changed during that pre season to make him unfit and certainly his early appearances in that season he looked very similar in size and fitness and he did during the loan spell. You have clearly ignored my comments about the difference in the team selection and formation that formed the good spell Austin and Dykes had developed. Warburton was at fault with the above and yes, Austin's attitude may have changed as a result of often being stuck on the bench and playing as a lone striker in a formation that never suited him. |

I agree the club looked destined for relegation until that quartet joined on loan. I also disagree with comments by others that he was taking the club for a ride when he rejoined. When he played during this loan spell he was often playing alongside Dykes and between them they formed a good partnership scoring and assisting each other. However, after he joined on a permanent deal in the summer Warburton decided to play just one up front and promoted Willock into the side. Clearly this did not suit Austin's style of play nor did it suit Dykes who scored 3 goals less that season. |

I wanted him signed all summer and was so glad he came back for the reasons you have stated about his ability. I don’t necessarily see him as a left winger or even a right winger. He can play a role in the middle too, as he showed with his goal. Along with Koke, I thought they both had good games and have added much needed strengths to the team. |

I paid no attention to the game , but I guess the priority for both teams was to avoid defeat following on from their abysmal Champions League exits. I agree that it is likely that Rogers will be moving on as he was let down by Celtic not buying new players to boost their chances in the competition this season. Especially as they had performed very well last season. Shame on the Celtic Board. |

He did play a wonderful first time long diagonal pass in the 1st half and another one to pick out Jimmy Dunne, but aside from that I thought he could have done a bit more to hel keep possession or create more in the 2nd. As for the new method played you yesterday, especially the long goal kicks, let’s hope for more to come . |

I agree that the conditioning of the squad is a mystery as is the training they do during the week and in between games. Unless I have misunderstood things, it seems they have /are not being trained to be fully fit until later on rather than earlier in the season. |

Ditto. He did come on as a 58th min sub for Wycombe on 9th August . I'm guessing he was a sub because they were going to sell him and wanted to see hiw they performed without him. |

Totally agree. QPR cannot afford to not put in a good performance against Charlton, because we all know that the first game after the international break they usually fail to win.. Given the next game us away at Wrexham, I expect nothing more than a draw up there. The atmosphere at the ground will soon start to get toxic because MC was a popular head coach and imo JS is coming across as a bit of a yes man. |

Sorry but what roles and pattern of play are you seeing, because I have seen disjointed and suicidal passing it out from the back football. Surely, they don't need two weeks training for that. It seems to me to be a club policy to delay putting them in the team. In the past new signings often went straight in. |

Glad to read that he is recovering at home and agree with the posts about the club not being good for stress levels. Hopefully he can switch off from the club for the next month or so. As for the club, they should provide Sints with anything he needs to recover. Oh and perhaps the head coach and players can also play their part by starting to perform and win matches (maybe last weekend's fiasco might have been partly linked to the concerns for him). |

Yes, Kone had a pre season with Wycombe, yet has only been fit to be a sub. Hopefully Saito, Kone and maybe RN-D, will start on Saturday. I wonder when Hayden will be fit to start. The sooner the better for me. We need a tougher midfield that will enable the attacking players to attack opponents. |
