Correct me if I'm wrong ( not a rugby fan) but since the inception of the regions aren't the ospreys and the dragons the only true regions as they were originally intended?
From memory cardiff and scarlets ( who in reality are still just llanelli) stuck their 2 fingers up to becoming true regions. |

Thread | car accident and purchase of car back from insurers

I was involved in an accident whereby another vehicle went into the back of me.
Given the age of my Aygo and the number of miles on it (over 200,000) I knew that going through insurance the car would be written off. which it ultimately was.
There is no issue with the car and it runs well so the value in the car is me not having to purchase a new one.
Having written the car off, I received my pay out via insurance but I bought it back (£70) as there is nothing mechanically wrong with it. The car past the post accident MOT as road worthy (passed no problem) and my insurers are aware of the position.
I have in mind that I ought to inform the DVLA but not sure if this is a must? My insurance broker is a bit vague on this, but has confirmed that the car is insured for road use.
Is there anything else that I need to do eg inform the DVLA?
All thoughts welcome.

Wife was shopping in aldi carmarthen and somebody pulling into the car park space next to her hit our car.
Nobody injured just damage. Only had the car a month so brand new.
Took it to the dealership for an estimate of repairs and they told my wife that they would deal with everything, would deal with the other other drivers insurers etc and that there was no need for my wife to inform her insurers.
This doesn’t sit well with me as I thought if you didn’t report the bump it would affect the insurance cover my wife has. Equally we don’t want to inform our insurer if we don’t have to as ultimately it will push the premium up next year.
Does anybody have any thoughts on this? |

I'm pretty sure there was always a bus or two from aberdare down to swansea for home games when we were at the vetch.
There is a theory that I've been told that the only reason that more from the valleys don't support swansea is because you can't get a direct train from the valleys to swansea without changing at cardiff? Don't know if it's true but it's a theory I've heard mentioned. |

Also, hasn't she had an image photographer following her and paid for out of public funds? Just like boris did, and she actually criticised boris at the time and now she's done it herself.
