And I would do exactly what Kevin Gallen said, play Morgan as an 8 with Illias starting on the left |

I’m hoping Steve Bould as his ex manager at Lommel has some influence, I’m assuming they got on but can’t imagine anyone not getting on with Saito |
 | Forum Thread | Coventry Pubs with decent grub at 15:38 13 Aug 2025
My third year of being sent to Coventry and have to say the pub we normally meet at does great beer but the food is not even on the same planet as The Crown or Hawthorn. Anyone know of a decent boozer where we can wear our shirts with Pride ( London Pride ideally) eat some food and not be a millions miles from the ground? |

Add Saito to the mix hopefully, Kolli as well and we have squad depth a strange two word saying that is new to me ….. and then we woke up to an injury crisis |

Just look at Koki’s reels on Instagram, brings it all back and I want him back. Sod the logic his smile and attitude with the skill and teamwork ( even though individual brilliance) would make him a massive asset. Hamstrings were tested last season. Peaks and troughs since Saturday and we are not even at the second game. |

So heard that after the weekend Paul Heckingbottom has gone public after 3 of his players got injured and have personal trainers on top of the teams training team, he has now banned PT’s Over training under training, wrong training, whatever but we are obviously getting something not right |

Agree, if Jimmy out Adamson surely becomes 1st choice RB. If we are after the West Ham guy ( and remember the Ronnie Edwards loan was immediate after injuries) would suggest Larkeche serious. Esq will never last a season without cover, so seems logical to me. If Jimmy is long term that is really bad news. Hayden is available and loved it here but I reckon the game model doesn’t have 2 defensive guys in front of the back 4. I’m with others Saito would be great and if Poku injured and Illias playing in the middle actually makes more sense. Dembele moves right wing. What do I know but the overal squad feels stronger on options, especially with Varane and Smyth back next week. Reckon our big Scottish left footed CB will accelerate his development this year. Mbengue played loads of games for Reading at RB according to my Reading mates so maybe not all is lost. I know injuries are part and parcel of the game it’s a shame we are talking about acquisitions to cover those rather than enhance the team. |

Wouldn’t have scored our goal without him. Saying that he is really stationary at times, never showed for a throw even though space in front of him to the thrower Maybe he is being told to stay near the box |

3-1 in the prediction league, we have goals all over the team. Dembele with the 1st, agree about Mbengue playing RB if Cook 100%. Can’t spell his name but young Scottish CB on the bench, 6ft 4 might be needed up front |
