It does seem to me at least you've softened on the club, and - as i say - there may be many reasons for that.
But, you have gone from calling 'bullshit' on the club only a few months ago to an article on Cifuentes' leaving, wherein you state as a fact that he has "been placed on gardening leave because of his apparent interest in another job."
I think that's not been proven as a fact, but is currently a line by the club. And I think that assertion by the club needed or needs a serious examination, an examination that you'd normally relish and normally be all over.
Gets more difficult as we get older, definitely. My weight's up at the moment for the first time in years and it's a struggle to find time to get it down.
What works for me:
Sleep - 7-8 hours Water - 3l / day Gym - 3 times a week minimum, 30-40 minutes of fast, light-medium weights or machines Walking 10-15,000 steps per day Booze and takeaways - once or twice a week most (currently not sticking to this) Weekly shop - this reduces the booze and takeaways. Buy protein, veg and not much carbos (we don't need half the carbos we eat), bulk cook a few meals at a time.
When I heard first that he was "back" I wondered a few things, and one of them was whether he should be left into the building.
But, in all honesty, we don't know if he was ever with us 100% in person, whether his contract allowed for multiple consultancies, or a million other things.
So, agreed, let's just just hope that we get the results of 2023/2024.
My Dad brought me as a baby, and all my family supported Rangers, but none of them care anymore. Which just leaves you lot (and maybe a hundred non-LFW fans).
