People like you keep claiming that, but can never produce "evidence" that stands up to scrutiny.

The modern world is a group of large or small communities, lower vaccination rates put those communities at risk - A medical fact.

Trump. Nobel Peace Prize
at 23:36 9 Oct 2025

"The Norwegian Nobel Committee pointedly said on Thursday that it had reached a decision about who would be named 2025 peace prize laureate on Monday, several days before Israel and Hamas agreed to a ceasefire under the US president’s Gaza plan.

Taking into account the timeframe and the composition of the independent five-person committee, most Nobel experts and Norwegian observers believe it is highly unlikely that Trump will be awarded the prize, leading to fears in the country over how he will react to being overlooked so publicly."

I agree with this but I would also say that Benson was poor... he couldn't keep hold of the ball. There again, by then we had lost the game.

As I've said in my first post in this thread...I've jumped in late into this thread and YES, Eom was one of the best players.

So in essence they were quicker and better than us. YEP. That is a major part of our loss. An established squad versus a squad (in part) learning about each other. So I'm very surprised by your position, as we have always been a side that struggles under a focussed onslaught and they clearly demonstrated a superior technical ability and and a practised cohesive mode of play whilst executing their plan.

Usually in your breakdown of a game you apply the context of events/style of play as a modifier to keep away from a hyperbolic analysis. In my very flawed opinion, even though you've not strayed into hyperbole you've still did us a disfavour in your analysis as I've mentioned in my first paragraph. Sheehan is not the messiah, I know that, but he is relatively new in his craft and is doing it with a large chunk of the first 11 being new...cut him some slack.

They showed determination and energy to win the loose or 50/50 balls... was that Sheehans failing or the players. If it was the players fault what did Sheehan try to do?

After the disappointment of the loss I've only jumped in VERY late in this thread so I've probably missed loads... But , yeah, being prepared to change his shape is a plus for me. Our oponents were technically better than us and it showed - that said I think three goals almost flattered them and with the ref being happy with their physical side they had an extra advantage. Today his plan B failed, but at leat he had a pkan B.

" Typical bitter Jack"

There he is, the REAL bennytheblue. Every so often I remind people what you really are and for some reason they ignore it. Fair play, in that regard you are great. But I see the real you, snide and bitter.

If it's that bad Trump is considering pumping billions in to prop up his crazy buddy then all your future sunlit uplands talk is impossible with that idiot in charge. I mistakenly thought that your intellect outweighed your ideology, seems I was mistaken in that regard.

Edit . to give clarity and make the point not sound snarky... When it comes to conservative or libertarian politicians you intellect and common sense seems to go blind to some of the bats**t ideas and you push those people as the answer. The rest of the world (excluding Trump) knew that husband ideas for the economy were dodgy at best!

"Argentina could be an Economic superpower. The second biggest country on its Continent. Rich in resources, agriculturally significant, and reasonably well developed. Have they finally got a leader capable of taking them to the top table? "

Well that one has been answered and it is a resounding NO!
