 | Forum Thread | Valuing old football boots - Specifically Adidas Accelerators 1998 at 15:56 31 May 2025
Afternoon. Just going through some old bags and I have found some of my old boots from playing in the late 90's early 2000's. I was speaking with my God son and he states that some models are worth hundreds of pounds and even into the thousands. As far as I can see from Ebay mine would be in the region of 250 to 700 pounds. Certainly mine are in better nick than most on their. I've had a quick look to see if there are any sites that value old boots but cannot see anything. Anyone come across a site that values old boots before, or a shop in West London? Also have Copa Mundials from 97 and Umbro Pele Specials from 99 were in my loft. Thanks for any help. |

Has anyone ever been diagnosed with this, and if so, how did you get a positive outcome with pain management? Have been suffering with back pain when standing and walking now for nearly 4 years! Have tried chiropractor, acupuncture and physio's. No improvement. I am now waiting to see an orthopaedic surgeon. I've read about injections, Radiofrequency ablation, Microdiscectomy, Laminectomy, Foraminotomy, Facetectomy and Lumbar interbody fusion. (a lot of tomy's) Any advice greatly appreciated. |

What a great fighter from the golden age of heavyweight boxing. When We Were Kings was a great watch. Will watch again over the weekend. RIP George. |

At the moment they are 5-0 up. They have a young exciting side with lots of movement and quick passing. Will be a real test for us a week Saturday. |
 | Forum Thread | Any advice on Leaseholder Insurance costs - Loss Recovery Ins at 14:53 9 Oct 2023
Well hello there. I am looking for any advice or if anyone has had any experience with his before please. Basically I own a flat that is leasehold. A new company came in 3 years ago and took over the lease. For the first two years they charged ground rent and buildings Insurance. This year however they have added 'Loss Recovery Insurance'. Its not a large amount but question is, am I liable to pay this? Seems a bit harsh that I should pay their insurance taken out for any potential loss of income if one of the other flats does not pay. Thanks in advance if you can help. Much appreciated. |
