You can have all the security you want but if some nutcase wants to rampage around with a gun then there’s little stopping it in reality. And the ease these nutcases can tool themselves up is shocking really. |

Just before the 2024 election Starmer said this: “We need to clean up politics. No more VIP fast lanes. No more kickbacks for colleagues. No more revolving doors between Government and the companies they regulate. I will restore standards in public life with a total crackdown on cronyism. I’ve put expense cheat politicians in jail before and I didn’t care if they were Labour or Tory.“ Then immediately appointed his lawyer mates, serially corrupt mate of Blair Peter Mandelson and disgraced ex minister Jacqui Smith into important roles. How can any right minded person look at this guy and even think of suggesting he is any better or different to the shambles that has come before? |

Immigration isn’t a devolved issue though so the Welsh assembly has no right or power to concoct such a policy in the first place. Blair, Brown, Cameron, May, Boris, Starmer all campaigned to deal with the issue and cut the numbers to “tens of thousands”. Once they got those votes they carried on regardless and let the issue spiral out of control. They all said they were going to deal with it but didn’t. That is why the trust is gone. That is why the keys are inevitably going to be handed over to Nigel Farage and Reform. |

If we had a referendum tomorrow on cutting immigration numbers the result would be massively overwhelming. It would probably be in the 80-90% range. The people of this country aren’t responsible for what the government does, especially when every government for the last 20 years plus has pledged to cut numbers and deal with the issue when campaigning for votes. |

My opinion on the ludicrous second amendment is well documented. Their constitution is built almost entirely on the English bill of rights which was written nearly a hundred years before America even existed and the 800+ year old Magna Carta which failed within weeks of being written. At that time firearms were rare, clunky, took about seventeen working days to reload and were only really available to the wealthy. Mass production wasn’t a thing, every firearm was hand made by a blacksmith. There were no replaceable parts until the mid to late 1800’s. Now in 2025 any drug addled, mentally ill, angry or politically extreme fool can just stroll into Walmart and pick up devices designed to kill multiple people from hundreds of yards away for a couple of bucks. The arguments for it are in general ludicrously put together. Ooh we need them to fight back against a tyrannical government. Mate the government has apache helicopters and drones and nuclear bastard weapons. Give your head a wobble. |

There are quotes from him flying about that have been cut or heavily edited and without the context which are designed to make him look bad and people are just sharing them without a second thought. There’s one where he says he hates the word empathy and that it’s a new age word that isn’t helpful. But the full quote says he prefers the concept of compassion and sympathy as they promote togetherness and compassion. That bit has been conveniently edited out. |

Absolutely shocking decision really. They’ve scored a fantastic goal beautiful finish and it gets chalked off after about 7 minutes of drawing lines and checking pixel level detail. If he’d cut his toenail it would probably have counted. VAR is destroying the game. |

Video circulating of them chasing and kicking the finance minister and another of him being carried around the streets naked apart from some very colourful underpants. They aren’t messing about. |

If you’re not a taxpayer it is free though. Millions go from cradle to grave without paying a single penny of income tax or NI etc. Of course they will pay tobacco duty and VAT on all inclusive Jet2 holidays so a little bit goes back in the pot. |

Yes their most recent Prime minister before their latest one was the much vaunted ex EU commissioner and Brexit negotiator “adults in the room” Michel Barnier. He barely lasted 3 months. Shortest tenure in the fifth republic. Funny how these highly successful appointed Eurocrats nearly always fall flat on their face when having to be accountable to an actual electorate. He’s basically their Liz Truss 😂 |

Honestly we can talk about service, positioning, movement and natural finishing ability all day but sometimes it absolutely works just to get the ball 30 yards out and twa7ing it at the goal as hard as humanly possible. He’s got a rocket in both feet and needs to just hit it as often as possible. |

Following an imminent confidence vote which is expected to oust the current prime minister. That’s 5 prime ministers in 3 years apparently. Even knocks our record out the park. Macron is the one hand picking them, perhaps it’s time he shouldered some of the blame? Anyway here’s a quote from the soon to be ex PM of France referring to the fact that France has been running a defecit for 51 years and every year they owe their creditors a hundred billion euros. Lamenting the fact that many young people growing up these days will probably have to work well into their 70’s or even 80’s because there won’t be a pension for them. Have a read and see if it sounds familiar: “"Our country works, thinks it is getting richer, and instead every year it becomes poorer. It's a silent, buried, invisible and unbearable haemorrhage." |

The icing on the cake with this London centric party with the rest of England feeling seemingly disenfranchised, ignored, sneered down on would be the election of Lady Nugee/Emily “image from Rochester” Thornberry as deputy leader. It’s almost as if they’re wanting to lose the next election. I’ve never seen anything like it! |

We had years of filibustering and obfuscation from a political class who refused to acknowledge a vote that they themselves had both agreed to and promised to carry out. The fallout and mistrust we are seeing now is a hangover from those actions. Imagine how things would be if they had succeeded? |

She was happy to stand up in parliament and make disparaging remarks about Boris Johnson’s appearance, dodgy behaviour and multiple affairs so she has lost the right to complain when others comment on hers. She’s always engaged in politics of the gutter and absolutely epitomises the modern trend of people getting on by being gobby rather than having any sort of talent. |
