All the recent evidence suggests otherwise. The Runcorn by election saw a massive 20 point swing towards reform from both the Conservatives and Labour.
Otherwise Labour would have won comfortably. It was one of their safest seats.
For a collapse to happen like that in their very heartland is a bit of a phenomenon. Voters are abandoning Labour in their droves. |

Hear this all the time but we have a government which despite being one of the most unpopular in history has an absolutely massive majority. They can pretty much force through whatever they want whenever they want.
If they had any answers they could change the direction of this country overnight.

For posting a video rife with the sort of offensive imagery we saw in Germany in the 1930’s. He claimed he didn’t realise that a picture of a rat next to Jewish people might have negative connotations.
If he really is that thick then he certainly doesn’t have the knowledge or intelligence to lecture the public in the first place.
He will now leave the bbc “earlier than expected”. |

Will be an interesting match to watch. The Kilmarnock manager publicly touted himself for the hearts job, got it and insisted that he would manage Kilmarnock against hearts on the last day of the season. Fans threatened to lynch him so now he’s going to be sitting in the hearts directors box instead even though technically he’s still manager of Kilmarnock. |

The latest harebrained scheme for a cash strapped council who is putting council tax through the roof is to spend a large amount of millions of pounds moving a perfectly good bus station about a hundred yards up the road to the train station. This will apparently create a “transport hub” and will presumably result in people flocking to the town to experience the vape shops and Turkish barber metropolis it has become. |

Peace talks happening in Istanbul in an attempt to stop the evil Russian aggression in Ukraine. Putin was the one who first called for “direct talks without pre conditions”. Zelensky is attending but in a bizarre turn of events Putin has sent his deputy instead. American President Trump has thrown his hat in the ring and said he will also attend if Putin does so.
Why is Putin refusing to attend when it was he who first proposed these talks? What is he scared of?
