Can't stand Madsen and been one of his harshest critics, but I thought he played well yesterday and showed some effort. If he plays like that every game, or even just consistently puts that amount of effort in, then he will change minds. |

I wonder how Dembele is feeling. The current forward line looks undroppable, with Chair and Poku to come back. It might be that he finds himself well down the pecking order. Simply hasn't taken his chances/shown enough effort when given the opportunity and now i'm wondering where he fits in. |

Played better than before, but still has glaring weaknesses. Performance yesterday will be good enough againat poor teams, but the minute we play a top half team that midfield will get torn apart. Personally would rather have stability and robustness with Hayden in the middle rather than the supposed creativity Madsen brings and we all know with Madsen there's always a 90% chance he has a total stinker and we basically play most of the match with 10 men |

Hope he improves, but he's been really poor so far. I understand people wanting to make excuses for him, but he's not been good enough and everyone around me was sure he was going to cost us the game yesterday. I'm not sure Nardi is the answer either. Would just like a reliable experienced goalkeeper brought in. Would make a world of difference to the defence. At one point yesterday Dunne looked ready to fight him |

Field is better than Madsen all day long - not even a competition. I think people forget how much Field contributed when we were really poor, he's always available and never hides. Madsen had one half decent game, but has also had multiple games where he has been worse than useless. I hope he can find some form, but I fully expect another pathetic performance the next time we come up agaisnt a decent midfield. We played a side today that will likely be battling relegation and have a poor midfield. We should be aiming to have a midfield that contends with teams at the top. |

Great result. Kone looks great and Saito was a breath of fresh air. Keeper needs dropping before one of our defenders murders him. Midfield today would be too lightweight for the better sides in this division. I still think Madsen isn't good enough, but will admit he played better today. Would love to know why Dembele seemingly can't get fit. Kelman is looking like the one season wonder the club clesrly thought he was. Rare bit of brilliant business to get 5 million for him and replace him with a superior player. Happy with 3 points and hope it injects some confidence in the squad |

Madsen is arguably the worst player in the Championship and stealing a living. You can't beat teams at this level with only one professional standard midfielder in centre mid. It's that simple. Answer is to drop Madsen and sell him at first opportunity. I'm sure he's lovely guy who wants to succeed at QPR, but it just isn't going to happen for him here and every game he starts our chances of winning drop massively |

Lessons learned today - - We need a rb (unless Mbengue can play there to a good standard) - I thought Esquerdina looked decent - Kone looks good - Kolli looked decent - Hopefully the manager has seen the reality of playing Madsen and this will be the end of his QPR career I expect we will see much improved performance next week from the team |

Lucky to go in 1 goal down. Needs to change it at half time. Mbengue to rb, Esquerdinha to lb, Morgan to centre mid (where he should be) and Madsen in a cab to Heathrow with a 1 way ticket to a country of his choice. Hopefully the manager can remind the players that they're a team as we look totally disjointed. Never want to see Madsen in a QPR shirt ever again. Feel like it's the same growing pains we experienced with Marti last season. |

How on earth have Birmingham been able to spend a fortune? Being relegated seems to almost have been like winning the lottery for them |
