How on earth have Birmingham been able to spend a fortune? Being relegated seems to almost have been like winning the lottery for them

Marti to Leicester…maybe
at 07:43 15 Jul 2025

Just another day at QPR. We finally get something nice/a decent manager and ruin it for ourselves. Best of luck to Marti. It's obviously been an issue with Nourry who wasn't mature enough to recognise a good thing and I think it's clear Marti will be managing in the Prem one way or another soon whilst we continue to languish in the football duldrums. I love this club but they make it really hard to be optimistic

Going to be unbearable whenhe takes Leicester up next season. There'll be a nauseating media love in about how they found the next great manager whilst his time at QPR is ignored. I'm still bitter the board made this decision

Marti Officially Gone

Massive mistake and gutting to lose the best manager we have had for a while. Feels like QPR has been cursed ever since that season Warnock took us up.

No doubt Cifuentes will be snapped up by another club and go on to succeed

Relegation is looming again. It's like we're allergic to comfortable seasons

Think everyone is being a bit harsh on Colback. I personally think the ref couldn't wait to give the pen. Those kind of challenges happen every game and 99% of time they never get called. It's just typical Rangers that'd get called on us

This is such a frustrating team. Feels like the foundation is there to make a playoff push, but it's our desperate need for a stiker that is a massive glaring hole

I think confidence is a massive factor. I think you could see a noticeable improvement in his performance and effort after he scored his first goal. The team he played in was totally devoid of any confidence. I think there is a player there and I think had this been a fully fit and firing team at the start of the season he may have looked totally different. He certainly has lots to prove though

I personally loved the look of the ones for Saito with the Japanese script, but was unfortunately not able to get one on the day. I don't know why they are only making these shirts limited release. Hoping if we sign him permanently they'll be available again.

Saito and Edwards

Would absolutely love to sign Saito and Edwards. From what we've seen so far i'd also love for us to extend Yang's loan for another year if we don't go up. Sad reality is that we probably only have a real shot at Saito and the more he impresses the more I worry a fellow Championship club woll beat us to his signing and offer him higher wages

Madsen coming on...

Game will finish 4-3 now with a very nervy last 5 minutes where Madsen stands around watching the game bypass him

Missing Dunne massively today. Moreso for his danger from corners and the fact he's a magnet in the air

Would probably be a stupid/bad signing, but the muppet in me would love to see Adel playing at Loftus Road in a QPR shirt again

Dunne off?

Need to keep him until at least the summer. He causes chaos from set pieces and is always the target. The number of goals we score will decrease dramatically without him. You can also see his leadership on the pitch, hard to replace those kind of qualities, especially with such a young squad.

Not blaming him, but told my mate when I saw Madsen coming on that this would end 2-2. Bloke is total bad luck whenever he steps on the pitch

Did anyone else have a look at the Hull fan forum? They seem to be under the impression before the game that we'd be a 3-0 walkover

I know his end product is still questionable, but Paul Smyth really shows the value of a direct player with pace in a side

When is the last time we actually scored direct from a freekick?

Madsen Mins

Appreciate this point, but then i'd also argue he was partly at fault for the Norwich equaliser over Christmas where he was jogging rather than tracking his man. Had he done so he could have been in a position to close him down before he took the shot from which they scored (appreciate Paal also carries significant blame for this goal due to poor defending from the throw)
