Hi everyone, I’m thrilled to share that I recently had the opportunity to co-host The Dale Way Podcast for the very first time! I joined the brilliant Isabelle Whiteley and Charlotte Cromarty (our fantastic original hosts) to talk all things Rochdale AFC, with plenty of laughs, passionate opinions, and maybe one or two rogue rants from me along the way… Here’s hoping I get invited back next week! 😂 This episode had a strong focus on football from Her Point of View. We celebrated the incredible progress of the Rochdale AFC Ladies team, talked about the importance of women’s voices in football, and shared some of our plans for Her Game Too , a growing movement aimed at making football more inclusive and welcoming for women, both on and off the pitch. But we don’t want it to stop there. We want to get Dale fans involved. Whether that’s taking part in some fun games, sharing your thoughts in short interviews, or just coming on the pod to have a good laugh and chat about football, we’d absolutely love to hear from you. So if you’re passionate about the game and want to be part of something exciting and inclusive, please get in touch! (email us at hergametoo@dalestrust.co.uk) Let’s make this community stronger, louder, and more united - the Dale way. Catch the latest episode now, join the conversation, and fingers crossed… I’ll be back behind the mic next time! 😉 Up the Dale 💙 https://open.spotify.com/episode/5HGXYk7ypxtY4uj8cG8fZm?si=FK-hrPVoQ9KFyZNQagjJu

Her Game Too Rochdale is growing and we’re looking for new advocates to join the team.
We know the campaign hasn’t quite hit its stride over the past couple of seasons. That’s about to change. This year is a fresh start, and we’re building something stronger, more visible, and more involved. We’d love you to be a part of it.
We’re after people who love football, care about making the game welcoming for everyone, and want to get stuck in.
What does being an advocate involve? • Helping spread the word about who we are and what we stand for • Supporting the planning and running of our dedicated Her Game Too fixture • Being a go-to contact in your stand on matchdays - a friendly face and a point of support. • Getting involved in any events we run (we’ve got some exciting ideas coming up!) • Joining a monthly Teams meeting to share thoughts and updates • Taking turns on the Trust desk before games to answer questions or lend a hand.
We’re all about making the matchday experience the best it can be for everyone. If you’re someone who’s passionate, friendly, and up for making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
There are a few perks to the role too 😉
Interested? Just drop us a message at hergametoo@daletrust.co.uk - we’ll take it from there.
