It would be nice to know how much the offer was for. Just to see what his market might look like. As I commented earlier, I think Kelman is at least on par with Agyemang. |

This post i think deserves more discussion, especially now that the experimentation has started. I look forward to seeing this player more and I was very interested in comparisons to Conor Washington. Saito's achilles heel was his defense, which he made drastic improvements on but still was prone to ill timed (reckless) swings of the boot. Hopefully, his addition is as the LW and this pushes Ilias permanently into the 10 role. So where will other pieces fit? Mads on the right? |

All- I think the Kelman debate deserves watching. I think the conversation of worth/ comparisons is interesting too. Kelman out performed Jay Stansfield and every other league one striker, in total goals. Also, watching the highlights of the Stevenage 'game,' his goal contribution was hopefully a great preview of how his role and product has matured. I would have no dissent if Celar was relegated behind Kelman. I also hope to see Kelman called up for the USA squad too. |

Good call. L Bayern linked to Diaz which opens a spot for Eze on the left side for Lpool. |

We would be playing Cardiff this year without his emergence. Considering he came in and filled for a World Cup Striker (Celar) and showed the confidence to take on defenders and shoot the ball....at the goal with decent effect was revelatory. Prior to that inspiring performance against Norwich, a 0-0 score was best hope. |

Someone likened current events to the hiring of DiCanio. I very much see the irony in that. Also in looking at the comments, it seems CN has gone away from looking close to home. Another conversation point i see is Marti's 'stubborness' in his style of football. I am sure this will be spoken about much more in coming weeks. |

? I think the Petersborough lad Poku has probably been sounded out as a more bankable option. I also think the interest in Poku speaks to lack of faith in Dembele or belief he needs competition. |

And a heck of a windfall if Spurs pay 68M. |
