 | Forum Thread | A record breaking season of sh1tness at 20:51 16 Apr 2025
The great Arsenal team of 03/04 who went the season undefeated became known as the invincibles It is surely befitting that our record breakers should have the same sort of catchy name that when said in the pub pre game in years to come, instantly draws us back to the shi1ttest team ever in our history. We must be able to come up with something on here that is our own version of the invincibles. I’m going to offer the indefensibles. Purely given for our goals against tally. |

I was in west London (as opposed to east London) at Hayes v Bognor Regis listening to the football on a little hand held radio when the news started filtering through the airwaves that the stoppage wasn’t due to hooliganism but something very serious was amiss. Then that the match had been abandoned and there had been loss of life. Very saddening still to this day. |

I would love to believe we could move smallbone on and replace him with someone better who will improve the team, the reality is I have absolutely no confidence in this mob being capable of making that happen. Do you think otherwise then Dirk? Be honest. |
 | Forum Reply | Smallbone at 09:35 13 Apr 2025
Absolutely, he should be more than capable of doing a job for us next season. But there are levels in sport and perhaps the championship is where he belongs |
 | Forum Reply | Smallbone at 09:12 13 Apr 2025
That’s the key point. Smallbone will be decent enough in the championship as will Adam Armstrong if he returns. Both though are clearly not premier league players should we miraculously return in a season or two. I genuinely hope there is a mass clear out of the dross, but keeping hold of a couple of good championship players is a must. I’d like to see bednarek and Stephens both gone if only to break this common denominator of them being present in a team that lacks a decent backbone. |

I’ve thought the same about our future trajectory. This is an even more disastrous season than the previous relegation seasons and I genuinely can’t see a quick turnaround this time. I know much is made of managers and whether we were right to get rid of Ralph previously or Russell M but I think whoever was in charge under the current owners we would have suffered the same fate. These guys are absolute chancers completely out of their depth. I can’t justify wasting anymore of my time watching the next few sh1t shows and I don’t expect next season to be following a Burnley style season but more of one from the style of the Sunderland one in their documentary series from a few years ago following relegation. I take my hat off to SR, they’ve finally knocked the habit of wanting to go to football at the weekend right out of me. If they could bottle that and sell it they’d make a killing from partners who see their other half disappearing each weekend for 9 months of the year. |

Rusk Rusk who ever you may be Please get a point for sfc Derby’s record is hard to beat When you’ve got *Harwood-Bellis on our team sheet. *thinks he’s better than he is but please insert name of the current player who irks you most. |

Unfortunately most teams that have rested players against us have still had enough about them to beat our superstars. I still don’t see anything other than a Villa win today despite that tactical genius Juric no longer being at the helm. |

Perhaps we should all forego the tedium of watching the game inside the stadium and the club can offer a fanzone ticket at a reduced cost. Then it will be time for the fan forums to be asking the question, can we have some decent beer please? That way we can all get our fix of the social side of the day without having to watch any of the dross SR offer on the green stuff in their latest attempt to "get it right". |

I'd personally keep Adam A next season (as well as tall Paul), as we know he can score goals for us in the Championship and get shot of Ross Stewart and Cameron Archer. Has BBD gone permanently or is he out on loan? |

The last part of your post is most concerning for people wavering about ST renewal. No ambition other than player trading. |
 | Forum Reply | Saints Set To Offload Striker In the Summer at 10:57 9 Apr 2025
To be fair, if our strikers only contribution going forward next season was scoring goals, I'd take that over running around a lot and getting into good positions with no end product |
 | Forum Reply | 5 Things About Tottenham at 18:45 7 Apr 2025
One more thing about Tottenham Both our games against them this season have seen the manager in charge of us relieved of their duties afterwards (or even during if some reports were to be believed!) Is this some sort of strange record in a season of record breaking crapness? |

It's a moot point as I have absolutely no belief that the current shower of sh!te are capable of getting another 2 points from our remaining games anyway. |
 | Forum Reply | 12 points at 07:44 7 Apr 2025
I hate the way Juric and the players are heralding this as some sort of f*cking achievement if they manage it. As if getting past 11 points is a cause for celebration F*ck this embarrassing shower of sh1te that represent our club at the moment. I utterly despise all but a couple of them. |
