The sorry tale of not 1, not 2, but 3 I-pads (a cry for help)

Hi guys,

About 8 weeks ago I dropped my I pad pro of 10 or more years.
The drop broke the screen, although it was still useable.
I tried to add everything to ‘the cloud’ but couldn’t do it……..

So….. I gave up on it, and purchased a new I pad (not pro) and started the beastie up.
First problem, even though I used my e mail addy, my phone number etc, and passed those ‘must haves’, it wouldn’t port anything through from the I cloud, no books, movies, 1000 songs etc.

Occasionally it will tell me I can unlock stuff, like my films or shows, but it asks me for my addy, and phone number etc, and it takes them, and tells me I will get a message in 1 day up to 12 days telling me how to do it etc.

So, I’m in stasis, I’ve paid, I’ve given apple my info to unlock my stuff a few times (you have to unlock various bits at a time apparently)

But at the moment, Apple have had my money, and basically given me a brick to play with.

I’m hoping that I can get some advise please, as apple just ain’t cutting the mustard, and I need access to my stuff.
