After these initial 5 games it appears the more beleaguered and forgotten members of the squad have turn't up, Bazunu, Manning, Stephens and Fraser, just need the rest of them to find some form now? |

Pat, we would then of had a new squad of 25 to 30 promising youngstered last summer each costing £10 to £15 million each and the one or two which were any good would of been sold off this summer and we'd be left with the rest! |

In that same interview he also said about giving away the penalty against Leicester at home, sounded like he had taken the full blame for our collapse in that game and wanted to now make amends, now he's being given the chance! Hopefully his attitude can rub off on a few others and his form continues to improve. |

We do actually have a proven goal scorer in the championship still on the books I in Adam Armstrong, after last season I think it's hard to have any positivity but maybe we should try and let's see how Will does with the players which remain and come in? If we're as bad as many seem to think we will be come October then we can be pessimistic but let's have some hope for now? |

Lets just hope we keep and get players that are in the manager's plans unlike last summer when we accumulated players that Martin didn't give the chance to play or when he did not in there correct positions and buying a right back to replace KWP who didn't leave, I lost count last season how many times we had 4 full backs on the field and no strikers! |

Lost the internet mid-post, the short version of what I did say was we were stupid not selling him last summer for whatever we could get as Martin was not going to play him and saved a years wages but as he is still here we may as well now keep him as an option as we won't be able to replace him for the money received and the wages saved? That got me thinking, that Martin was not going to play him, just how many players we bought or loaned last season who Matin and the 1 loanie Juric got did not play, let's hope Spors and Still actually speak to each other and the players retained (whoever they are), bought or loaned are actually in the Managers thoughts of playing, I know it's a squad game but the players available at least need to have a chance of playing? |
