Sorry can't help, I'm too old in the tooth and would play 4-4-2, have a quick attacker on the half way line when defending a corner and realise that to win a football match you need to score more goals than the opposition?sadly tactics not employed by Will Still? |

21 shots ion goal! Yes your stats are correct but how many looked like going in, sorry but I saw the game completely different to you, we could of been there all afternoon and not challenged there goalie. How many saves did he make, I would say as many as Alex, zero, all of our "shots" or as I would call them back passes, were straight at there keeper? We played a bad Swansea side at home and were way too defensive, sorry but I blame the manager for this. Even at half time, go to a back 4? |

After yesterday there appears to be two definite camps developing on should Will go as we are useless or he should be given a chance and it's not his fault we can't score. So my question is how much input did/does he have in recruitment as he leaves our two attacking big money signings out, plays 3 centre backs and 2 holding midfielders and prior to the transfer deadline closing said we did not need another striker and was happy with what we had. He was also here in May so had all the summer, so how can he not be at fault for not teaching our players where the opposition's goal is? |

With regards to Charles, completely agree, he stood out yesterday and I thought he had a good game, a couple of times though he picked up the ball and moved forward and rather than "going for it" was slow and indecisive and rather than unleashing a power drive at goal the attack just fizzled out. |

Well according to Adam Blackmore, Jo Tessum and Will Still that's the best we've played and as Will Still said in his interview, something like "any one who knows about football could see this" when asked about the crowds reaction at the end. I've come to the conclusion I was at a different game as other than sporadic quick attacks which ended up with a shot with the power of a back pass straight at the keeper I was bored stupid and if we were still there now 24 hours later we would still not of scored! |

I think his contract is up next summer so would be on a free, so I would say worth a shot regardless of which division we are in for 26/27. |

Pat, we would then of had a new squad of 25 to 30 promising youngstered last summer each costing £10 to £15 million each and the one or two which were any good would of been sold off this summer and we'd be left with the rest! |

In that same interview he also said about giving away the penalty against Leicester at home, sounded like he had taken the full blame for our collapse in that game and wanted to now make amends, now he's being given the chance! Hopefully his attitude can rub off on a few others and his form continues to improve. |
