Paying useless CEO’s ridiculous salaries and bonuses is also part of the problem, such as the one for Thames Water, who got a bonus despite them making massive losses Chris Weston (CEO of Thames Water) has a total pay package that includes: 1. Base salary: £850,000 per year 2. Pension: £102,000 per year 3. Car allowance: £15,000 per year 4. Bonus: Up to 156% of his salary, which could be worth over £1.3 million |

Edwards and Fernandes will probably not be back until next week, as they only finished U21 Euros just over a fortnight ago so need a break, THB was injured at end of last season so possibly still recovering, no idea on Janny B |

Absolutely enthralling test match, which could have gone either way, with an absolutely comical ending. |

Your correct Here’s the restrictions Clubs can ‘staff up’, so they have 23 Permitted Players within their squad. Clubs are able to ‘staff up’ to ensure the integrity of the competitions remain and so that Clubs are able to fulfil their fixtures. Clubs are only permitted to ‘staff up’ by signing players on loan or players not registered with another Club Clubs cannot pay fees to acquire loan players and cannot pay additional wages on top of the salary the player receives at their parent Club Clubs ‘staffing up’ may only register players until the end of the current Season, whilst loan transfers can only be for half a season Budget restrictions apply dependent upon the divisional status of the Club under embargo |

Thats not what I said, there is a significant difference between working person and working class. I stated what thought was in the old days was generally termed as working class, and know the majority of those earning over £100k, not all, are also working persons The most significant things I thought from the info I posted was 26% of the 1.3m earning over 100k are living paycheque to paycheque, they obviously got more money than sense, and sounds like they need a good financial advisor Nick, The other that average UK average income is £33,282, and majority of those get by ok, so those earning over £100k should be able to do so too. But wealth tax is likely to be aimed at those with far more than £100k, although as many have off shore accounts and tax avoidance schemes etc., I’m not sure it will be successful. I would say anyone earning under 100k a year, that’s 96% of the population “ Approximately 4% of UK taxpayers earn £100,000 or more annually. This means that out of the 32.2 million taxpayers in the UK, roughly 1.3 million fall into this high-earning bracket. While earning £100,000 places individuals in the top 4% of earners, it's worth noting that many people in this income bracket don't necessarily consider themselves wealthy due to factors like the cost of living and taxes. A separate survey indicates that 26% of individuals earning £100,000 or more report living paycheck to paycheck, likely due to lifestyle inflation and high living expenses. To put it in perspective, the average UK income is £33,282, making £100,000 a significant jump. Even those earning £65,000 are in the top 10% of earners, and earning £45,000 puts one in the top 25%.” And yes I would support a wealth tax [Post edited 14 Jul 13:47]

I think they already have someone more useful in Robinson, from what I’ve seen in his limited appearances |

Forest to be fair new there was a potential problem and dealt with the issue back in April https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cqx4731y4zpo UEFA however does seem to be inconsistent with the way they deal with dual ownership, allowing Man City and Girona both to take part in Champions League, when both owned by CFG Girona FC is primarily owned by City Football Group (CFG), which also owns Manchester City, holding a 47% stake. Other key owners include Pere Guardiola, brother of Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, and Marcelo Claure. The remaining shares are held by a fans' association. They also in the past allowed both Red Bull teams to play in the same completion I suppose at the end of the day decisions with UEFA just like FIFA down to how much money you have [Post edited 12 Jul 8:02]

I think number of goals conceded was more to do with Martins tactics most of the season, often leaving our back four exposed with lack of cover, when losing the ball in the opponents half |
