It's a celebration of the UK streets being a much safer place. Have a look at these threats to society being banged up. At least our streets are being made safer by this government.
Yet, there is plenty of money to deploy a thousand officers to arrest 90 year olds holding up a bit of cardboard, stating their disgust at children being starved to death.
If your house gets robbed, sorry no resources available. Drugs killing people on the streets of London, sorry no resources available. They're being used to get dangerous 90 year old pensioners off the streets and then the courts cases too. We are busy they say.
Then arrest those who did the criminal damage. Not 80 year olds peacefully holding up a bit of cardboard. They are just against children being starved to death. What's wrong with that?
Yes, it's very interesting that people break the law everyday by stealing from my local shop, burgling houses and drugs out of control, no.police available they say, but there are thousands of officers available to arrest 80 year olds, because holding up a bit cardboard is breaking the law as you say.
This country is bonkers. Hundreds of 70 and 80 year olds arrested today in parliament square for holding up a bit of cardboard. Their crime is to be against the purposeful starvation of children. Nearly a thousand officers drafted in to arrest mostly pensioners. Yet we have a 20 billion black hole. Money to burn.
The housing minister and deputy prime minister who fiercely lectured others on paying their taxes, she should also know the rules of her department, should not not be making "silly mistakes".
It shows why people have totally lost faith in politics, when even Labour are making "silly mistakes". But people are people everywhere you go. Not a single person in this world doesn't want to save money where they can, except she pretended she would play by the rules.
She's resigned. So the person who lectured many others in how to serve the country with integrity and honesty, does exactly the opposite herself. That's human nature for you. Total hypocrite.
I voted Labour at the last election, namely because the country was in a mess, to give the other a lot a go and because of all the scandals you mention. I am.not particularly one or the other, but am again fed up of those in power, not following the rules,.especially when they strongly suggested the scandals of the past were not to happen under Labour.
I am very disappointed (but not surprised) that a "working class" woman, who professed to be the perfect tax payer, to follow the rules, to be strongly against any form of poverty, to be on the side of the workers, the disabled etc was part of agreeing to take away winter fuel payments for pensioners, to attempt to take away money from the disabled, and now to not properly pay her taxes.
It's not about who is worse, it is about someone showing a totally different face when in power, and that goes for Starmer too. The Tories are exactly the same, that's not the point. With this lot, change was promised. Why can't those in power, especially those who strongly profess it, just follow the rules and serve.in the way that they said they would? Did you think for one minute think that a Labour government would attempt to take.away money from the disabled, all pensioners, not pay their taxes and cosy up to Donald Trump? Theybsaid they would smash the gangs, they said they would be on the side of the workers etc. All a load of lies, just like the other lot. Once in power, they all show their true colours right?
I don't know, but I would imagine they won't bring the coaches over the Northam bridge, or down Brittania road near the front if the stadium, because all the Saints fans will be in these areas.
I'm thinking they will bring them past ocean village, and into the sterile area where the away fans are now, so that they won't be anywhere near the Northam or the front of the stadium. They will sneak in the back way I would imagine.
I have spoken with a few fans already getting worked up about this game, saying they will be getting there at 8am, "welcoming" the bubble etc.
So who is going? Are you going early, going to the pub, getting to.the ground, walking around the city? Are you planning to "welcome" the Pompey bubble into Southampton? Or maybe you arn't going to change anything.
I won't get much sleep the night before I don't think, so will probably go earlier than normal.
Yeh but no but, in the year of, I made the decision to, it was a mistake, but yes but no. Cummings eat your heart out. Human beings will never change will they left or right. Didn't she make a huge thing about tax avoidance and tax dodgers before the election?
Sargent is full confidence and is scoring now in the same league. The likelihood is, he will continue to score goals. I bet he's much more likely to, than a player from the Bundesliga 2, who is 19 years old,.still.learning, still growing. That's why Liverpool are buying Isac, Everton are buying Grealish West Ham Fernandes and so on (they have proved themselves in the league they are in). It's obviously logic to me,that proven players have proved themselves, we know they can do it, whereas unproven ones we just dont know, but hey ho. Fernandes as the exception, most of our signings have been very.poor, so we keep going with the unproven ones and hope I suppose.
We can't score goals, okay buy a decent striker. Just sign Sargent at Norwich and be done with it. We know he's good, I have seen his goals, so no need to bother waiting for players to develop.
We can get players we know are good, immediately. Much better than waiting a few years, when we need them now. Signing Azaz and Fellows, are much better signings than unknowns. They need to stop wasting money and just buy players we know for sure are good at this level. No need then for scouts and the expensive computers. He's scored 15 goals at this level, yep hes a goal scorer and do it within minutes. Done.
If you could buy a player from Eastleigh because he did a few step overs, for a million and then train him and develop him into a Messi, wouldnt all the clubs be doing it and saving millions? Just buy proven players in the vital positions and be done with it.
