People's Lack of Understanding of Mental Health

Mental health in all it's forms is something few of us have managed to avoid.
There is a brilliant pinned thread on here where many of our posters have discussed their battle with Mental health and many others have offered their support
Yet yesterday one poster was suggesting many who suffer with mental illness could and should stop claiming benefit and get out to work.
What an unbelievable lack of empathy from a poster who has form for extreme views

Will the owners give Martin if he doesn't succeed ?
Personally I cannot see them wanting to pay off his contract before at least Jan next year ?
Hopefully by then he will have had the support he needs in the summer window and will get the players in that he needs to succeed.

Our Squad Is Paper Thin

I feel that certain players like Grimes, Latibeaudiere and Smith get picked every week, either to play or on the bench because of our lack of strength in depth.
Grimes should be benched, but TBH who replaces him, especially with Wolf injured.
Fulton maybe, but clearly Martin doesn't rate him.
The other two I mentioned I don't feel are up to the job being asked of them.
