Toast, in The credit where its due thread you say there are rumours of a falling out. Can you expand? Feels like something that shouldnt be hidden... Thanks |

Given where we were, im not surprised its taken 2 season to turn the tanker around. Other than Dunne, maybe Smyth and Cook there isnt an Ainsworth player in the starting XI. Chair when he is back maybe? That level of surgery was needed. Nourry has done an excellent job there, especially getting the average age (and wage) of the squad down. Still think the jetonisinig. Of Marti was a BIG and largely unnecessary risk though. But this is a conversation for after Christmas IMO, lets let the season develop. Its still early. [Post edited 6 Oct 19:56]

Tony Sealy was a victim of the one substitute rule at the time, so he often missed pu of the team completely. If it was now he would get on the bench easy and would probbaly be the last 30 minutes guy |

Following on from the other interesring thread.... Zesh Rehman, Kevin McLoud, Steve Morrow. All started well and faded badly. Some (yes you Zesh) quicker than others |

Describing Falkirks stadium as a non league ground is a bit harsh. Yes there are only 3 stands, and there is a pretty big gap in the corners for some reason but those 3 stands are decent. Its a joint venture between the club and the local Council, and its also shared with East Stirling. Falkirk have been through the mill a bit recently, and have ground their way back to the top tier through back to back promotions. |

Depends on Millwalls strikers... if they have pacy types then tou play Mbengue. If its a more physical battle play Morrison. Remember its the start of another 3 game week so expect all 3 to play. |

I was Very worriwd after Coventry. And if you weren't can you please inform me which medication you are on as I'd like to take some too. Credit where its due, he has turned things around. I think our squad is a big improvement on last year as well though. The players he can bring off the bench can change things, can shore up the mdifield, can provide some pace and or power. So again credit where its due. We will never know what would have happenwd if Marti stayed on. I still wish it hadnt ended, but Julian has done pretty well. But as he says. We need to stay humble |

First thought was foul, but looking back on it the defender falls over at the slightest touch trying to buy a foul, as he realises it is going over his head. 8 times out of 10 a ref will give that foul, but they shouldn't be. The defender has to be stronger. |

Talk to her about it instead of us (who are probably a. Bit biased) The question you are looking for is "what do you want to do for your birthday" [Post edited 4 Oct 21:36]

Jesus christ... why do we have to jump.on our players like this? We could be positive about him. Encourage him. There were some good moments yesterday. Ive ssen an awful lot worse that hasnt created a specific thread calling them out. |

 | Forum Reply | Who do you enjoy watching QPR play against at 07:40 24 Sep 2025
When i was a kid i had subbuteo. I had the pitch pinned to some pin board and set up.in the loft. I had the floodlights (crappy as they were) so used to switch off the loft light and just play with the floodlights. Of course i used to play as QPR all the time, and i had a few "away teams" we would play against. But for some reason Norwich ended up being that away team most often. For so e reaso. The kits complemnted eaxh other under those crappy floodlights. And so, the team I like seeing us play against is obviously Plymouth. |

I think we need to have 3 or 4 seasons where we sell at least one player for £10M + before we are ready. It's how Brighton and Brentford both did it. We aren't even close to being ready, and it would be awful. And then we would.come straight back down and look what happened to Luton. [Post edited 22 Sep 7:09]

On the JS thread after the Coventry game i said i couldnt see a way back for him. Very pleased to admit I was wrong. Yes the 3 new signings have made a difference, but But the interplay iup front is fun to watch, there is some bite in midfield and the risky scary play from the back sh1t has gone. |

Saito MoM for me. But all 10 outfield players played their part and Nardi kept our first clean sheet of the season. |
