Deja vu. Some nice football, particularly in the first half, but abysmal defending and a lack of a cutting edge left us with one point at home to one of the worst sides in the division.
Poku and Dembele look like a real threat, I liked the way we switched flanks quickly and both Morrison and Mbengue had good games.
On the negative side, if we sell Varane, our centre midfield is going to get rinsed every week. I like Sam Field but his touch is abysmal and I'm not sure he fits into a team that breaks quickly and needs accurate passes into space. He can barely play an accurate six-yard pass. |
