Many of the jobs being taken by the Europeans at the time were semi skilled, basically a couple of £s over the minimum pay rate. Workers were coming in and accepting the jobs at the minimum pay rate, this is one of the main causes of the resentment. The resentment fueled the Brexit vote in many areas. It was not as simple as saying they were doing minimum rate job British workers wouldn't do, they were actually forcing down wages of jobs people were previously doing in many cases. |

There we were with a sold out home area, many being family's with children, clutching their shopping from the club shop and all excited. Wouldn't it have been sensible marketing to be pushing season tickets and the price for next season. There was virtually no mention on the tannoy system or tv screens pre and post match or during halftime, they should have been pushed like crazy. |

The real reason working class areas voted for Brexit in Wales was they were very concerned about the number of Europeans coming in and taking the low paid jobs, many are in working class areas. People can ague the rights and wrongs about this but it's a fact. The same applied in many working class areas in England. You will also find that the more affluent areas were against Brexit because they wanted the European workers to do the low paid jobs because not many of the locals would do it. This was my experience while working throughout the UK at the time. It was obvious to me at the time Brexit would happen, all people had to do was listen to people with opinions instead of try to force their own opinion on others, you learn more by listening than mouthing off. |

Gunter will coach and do the tactics basically all the work. Ramsay will ponce around in front of the cameras and do the PR work. Last throw of the dice and the "clueless" supporters will lap it up until they go down. [Post edited 20 Apr 14:57]

I hope it's not a case of "the grass is greener" and they want to get their own man to prove a point. A very dangerous game if it is and a very arrogant move. I certainly hope its not. |

Meanwhile in Wales, essential services under Labour control for 25 years have deteriorated beyond belief and lag behind the rest of the UK, which was mostly run by the tories for 14 years. Just accept that Labour are no better than the tories who are no better than Labour. We need a massive change particularly here in Wales. |

Agreed, but it shows that the powers that be at the club are not a good judge of the assets they have. When you see someone every day surely you should be able to spot potential. |

The question I ask is if they wanted Hellberg why haven't we already signed him up. Williams was sacked two months ago and they were slow to do that so they have had plenty of time to do due diligence. Hellbergs team have only played four times over that period so they can't be monitoring his progress. Was it down to trying to save money or trying to include any compensation into the next financial year, surely that could have been negotiated. If Hellberg had been given the job six weeks ago we would have all been behind him. But IMO Sheehan has outstriped expectations, converted most of the fans who doubted him and put the owners in a nice but difficult position. Of course if they employ Hellberg we will all be behind him, but if he doesn't hit the ground running the supporters will say the club has made a terrible mistake and the fragile support the owners have will dissappear. A massive decision to make, which would have been easier if was done earlier if they go for Hellberg. Who would be an owner. |

No PowerPoint presentation required, the facts are there for all to see. Just give Sheehan the job. |

Changed our manager albeit a little late. |

I hope you stayed long enough yesterday too see all the players and entire coaching staff come over and applaud the East stand. They all know who the true supporters are, morons they most certainly are not, in comparison to those who occasionally take a seat high up in the West stand. |
