We had the momentum with the new stadium as you said the stars aligned. Big moments in the Premier League promotion also went for us. Against Forest holding on after Taylor got sent off and Pratley scoring from the halfway line. Then in the final, the block to keep us ahead when Reading were coming back. All important parts of our history. HJ just doesn't have the finances to build from the bottom.

Agree. There's a place for stats in the dugout and it's in the bin next to the seats.

You would have thought a stats man would have realised that, but it doesn't suit his agenda. Sometimes you wonder what they are paid for. Experts my anus.

Where did it say he was poor, I said he was hot and cold and for me the jury is out. It's not like you to try and twist things around to suit your agenda, always been the same. There's an awful lot of so called experts getting sacked, even been happening at Swansea City over recent months. As they say even the experts can be wrong, the difference is they pay for it with their job. Pride comes before a fall, we are all watching.

The first sentence gives a lot away, possibly to much for your own good. It's a perfect example of someone who believes stats are everything, they are not. Inoussa is hot and cold often he beats a player and puts in a telling cross, often he's not strong enough and gets knocked of the ball far to easily. As I say hot and cold, it could go either way.

Obviously you will big up the last window but I still think the jury is out on quite a few of the purchaces. We may have brought in 10 players and a couple of them are very good ones, but over half are not having an impact at the club perhaps they will perhaps they won't time will tell. But one thing is a sure fire cert and that is if Sheehan can't get a tune out of them and is replaced and the next guy can't either, the recruitment team will be down the road.

I think Inoussa blows hot and cold, Stamenic the jury is out for me, Idah I am yet to see anything to call good yet.

Widell and Wales were they poor buys because we don't use them.

Vigouroux, Tymon, Cabango, Key, Franco, Ronald and Vipotnik were not summer signings but here last season.

If the last window was that good its all on Sheehan and his days are numbered unless he turns it around quickly. I still question some of the summer signings like Widell, Idah and Wales because they are not making an impact, granted Widell was signed earlier but arrived in the summer.

To think the owners will wait six windows to see us challenging for the top six is optimistic in the extreme. If it took that long the coaching staff and Adam Worth would be long gone.

Then how long does he get to sort it out, there are so called bigger clubs than us underpeforming, the Championship is a lottery at the moment.

The next international break will see several Championship managers change jobs. You can throw Southampton into the mix.

This is exactly the question we should be asking. Data based recruitment is one thing, but is it giving us the blend we need to improve as a club, I really don't think so or is it all on the coaching staff being unable to find the correct blend. Maybe we just have too many similar players without dynamism.

It's strange but I expected nothing out of the game and should be ecstatic with the point, but I feel deflated again with the performance. Is it the coaching setup or are the players just not good enough, even Vipotnik has seemed to have lost his zip. Two home games in a week is the opportunity to turn this around I hope we can.

This is my concern. We brought in two coaches last season to support Sheehan and it seemed to work well. This season we have O'Dea and I belive one of last seasons two are still here and one gone and we seem disjointed. We have to ask questions why we seem disjointed as a team. Are the coaching staff to concerned with data and not natural coaching instinct. Something is just not right.

Then just abolish the thing and go back to how we were before. 25 years in this system clearly isn't working. We tried it and failed let's be big enough to accept it.

So we are 10 games in and I feel there are more questions than answers. Is Sheehan the coach to get the best out of the squad? Are the players brought in during the last window actually as good as first thought [Galbraith aside]. As Keith has said our owners are ruthless and after the summer investment who would blame them if they wanted answers from the coaching staff and the recruitment team. Something is not working, will they be happy if we continue in the same trajectory, will they give it time or will they make changes, will that be coaching or recruitment something is not right. No I do not think we should be top 6 but the performances should be better bearing in mind the summer investment. As supporters we are frustrated possibly the owners are more so.

Cabango is playing closer to Key, that's going to leave space in the middle.

Yes Vigouroux has been our best player in the first half, but in that particular move he was slow to react. Nobody is above criticism if it is due.

If we get anything out of this game it will incredible, we should have been dead and buried. Stamenic picked up his obligatory yellow, he's going to walk one day if he's not careful.
