FA Cup 2025-26
at 10:34 22 Oct 2025

As someone who ran a venue where every penny counted I have been dismayed at recent events. I turned up to buy Grimsby tickets but there was nobody on site who was trained to sell them.
We have a good crowd Saturday, many eager to buy FA Cup tickets but the club waits to Monday to announce them - and without specific information for season ticket holders.
At my venue you only had to linger by the door and we sold you a ticket

It can't be easy having had a money-earning opportunity turned down as a result of a medical and he must be feeling he has no real future in football. He needs emotional support off the pitch to help him come to terms with things.

Never been involved in a company takeover but have taken units out of a County Council which took at least 6 months, and also taken over a large asset from another Council where our due diligence took a year (and even then things popped up later).

I am also in the "wait until the steps are cleared before descending " category so understand that issue. I see the new Everton ground has seating which is only 0.5 degrees off the maximum permitted slope which is madness in an ageing population

For many sell-out games this season the seats by me in E6 row L have been unavailable to buy but never occupied. I see for both these matches they are unavailable or sold so will be interested to see what happens on the day.

Looking at the wheel marks on the East side it seems to have had a hard side impact- to me it looks like the car park barrier carrier hit it when being moved sidewways

Harrogate coach drop off point
at 10:52 11 Mar 2025

Latest email from Harrogate. Puts the blame on CUFC or CUSA for not telling them that we had disabled supporters our coach. I will leave CUSA to take this up if they want.
Hi,

I wanted to clarify that instructions regarding the designated drop-off point were provided to your club. We have consulted with the police on our matchday traffic system and have made improvements to enhance the drop-off options for disabled supporters. The designated drop-off location is now at Willow Tree School, which is closer to the ground than the previous drop-off point.

I had several discussions with Colchester regarding this matter, and as always, we agreed—if required—to meet at the drop-off point and provide assistance, as our Disability Access Officer (DAO) would have done.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I strongly recommend referring to official club websites rather than third-party sources. Please note that the drop-off point is determined in consultation with the police and local council, and it is not within our direct control.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Kind regards
