DC has found his best forward line, midfield picks itself, just the defence looks vulnerable with seniors missing.
Special mention to Harvey who showed high energy levels, and got more confident has the game progressed. |

Everything went right, ball fell into the right places, everything clicked .
All DC needs to do now is ring Charlton up and swap Tovide for Mbick .
With the pace of Lisbie and Mbick moving the ball along quicker, it was all that was required .
Sadly conceded two crap goals both perfectly preventable . |

COLCHESTER United have suffered a fresh injury blow after midfielder Dominic Gape was ruled out for the ‘long term’ with a knee injury.
Gape did feature at Stanley, where he was marking the guy progressed into the box giving him the opportunity to get a one to one with Macey, resulting to us going a goal down . |

After equalising should have seen the game home . In fact game should have been over before they took the lead. Wondered why the subs did not come on at the hour mark. Not winning enough aerial ball in our own back four, but undone by cute small ball which we failed to shepard away .

A breath of fresh air with the substitutions.
Three guys who played up front for the final twenty minutes looked proactive, creative and worried the defence than what when on before.
A draw was a fair result has both teams showing that a play off place is at present beyond them.
Missed Thorn who got to the byline, but Lisbie winning the free kick for the goal showed a quickness of feet that is beyond most at this level . |
