Young players for the sake of it?

Was looking at the noise made about the squad being younger and Nourry's similar comments at the fans forum and was struck by the fact that he's like a regional manager concentrating on one KPI and the expense of all the others. For eg, superb staff retention KPI, while the company forgets to actually sell anything
