Next season, we may revive Charlie; Charlie, Charlie; Charlie, Charlie; Charlie, CHARLIE KENDALL, Nico; Nico, Nico; Nico, Nico; Nico, NICO MADSEN. |

It's interesting that Sutton wasn't included in the development team or used subs on Tuesday. |

I think if you look back to pre season reports there may be some evidence that the bulking up started in the summer, a couple of years back. |

Everyone hates Warnock, until he has managed their club to a promotion or saved them from a relegation....then they love him. |

We should offer him a new contract. If he signs it will increase his value and give us a chance to have a look and make a decision in time for the January window. If he won't sign we should look for the highest offer this summer and then decide to stick, knowing he will eventually leave for nothing, or sell. |

Good thought but I don't think it works like that. My understanding is we have to offer them a certain number of seats and then they decide whether to accept the full allocation. Then the visiting club do the selling. They can request more but currently it is unlikely that we can accommodate them. |

Or it might be a bit quicker and less tiring if they repeated the journey of the six Scotland fans, who are said to have travelled to Argentina for the 1978 World Cup in a submarine. Mind you, they apparently never came back, probably finding the Argentine senoritas favourable to the lasses back home.😁 |

If Bennie has to start again on Saturday, then there will be some serious coaching about how to avoid being dominated by a giant championship old head centre back or two. Credit to Daniel though he started fairly well and even when he couldn't get past their CBS he kept trying and chasing. He should be better for the experience. |

After last night, we will need fresh legs where possible. Kolli up front to start if he can play 45 -55 minutes. Bennie to replace him. Saito on the left in front of Fox, maybe the Brazilian lad on the bench. |

Mrs FB and himself have become lightweight culture vultures in our retirement. As we did for Cambridge in the cup, we decided to have a couple of days in areas that we hadn't visited before. Three nights in a studio apartment in Burford, which is charming. The only away games we have done this season and two wins. This performance was much the better and if last night had us fearing the worst at 2-1, Cambridge was worse as we were completely hanging on. However, last night did have a lot more riding on it. Really pleased with the players, Madsen finally looked as if he is beginning to get it. Another beautiful slotted shot from our Korean loanee. Varane really interested, determined and loving his song. Marti absolutely delighted, the most emotional I have seen him. It will be difficult to replicate that on Saturday, as it seems Oxford found out last night after their conquest of Sheffield United. Our doubling up on their wingers was fundamental. We are much more relaxed about things now with a seven points gap. It's not done yet but it's much closer. |

Ted, it's all very well getting excited by saints but we need a bit of a helping hand from him up above at the moment. |

I'd leave the defence and midfield as it was in yesterday's starting line up. I'd go with Marti's replacement, Bennie. He seems to be the best option for a bit of physicality up front, without disrupting the rest of the team. |

Well I know two of them and yes they are excellent. As I'm sure you know, Jim Mullen apart from his work with Kokomo is a jazz guitarist and Albert Lee is a country picker or country rocker. The others are blues rockers, not hard rock really but they all probably do a bit of that as well. |

Thank you. You seem to know more about the DS than I do and may well be right. I know Aoraha has had a serious injury and missed about a year. Sad for him as he was close to the squad at one stage. I think, Morgan and Bennie both came from a higher standard than any of our others, so you would expect them to be further developed. |
