Agree with the mention of him being a good asset in a promo season. Yes he has his limitations, but he played his part in that season for sure. 8m is too much though. Cannot see him much over 3-5m. |

It will be very interesting to see how we line up after WS comments about wanting to play to win. Perhaps he will stick with almost the same team, but mix it up a bit around the forward line. I would quite like to see Armstrong, Stewart and Fraser as the forward three with Robinson as number 10. Likely I am wrong, but worth a try??? |

I personally feel Ipswich are far more likely to struggle this season than most think. The season they went up was one of those fluke and unexpected type seasons. No one expected them to be there, but they over performed as they had momentum.
This season they have no momentum, nothing to prove kind of thing. I think it will be a hard slog for them to do it again this time around. |

I have a feeling Ipswich might not do so well this season. Last time they came up they were on a Birmingham type run and had momentum. They came from no where and over performed. I think after a bad time in the PL and what with losing a lot of their better players, they will struggle to repeat their feat of two years ago. |

OK, but by starting with a weaker team we always seem to be chasing a game and never able to win. Surely this is not thus a great tactic to use. We ended up 0-2 until we started to click with changes. Not much of a tactic. |

Should I be worried that once again yesterday, we seemingly have a manager who picks a poor starting line up, then changes it later to a much better system and balance? Will he start with the much better Sugawara, Edwards and Wellington? I appreciate maybe he cannot start Robinson in every game. But are we peasants unaware of this tactic all our managers seem to have of playing a weaker side first and then changing it to a better side later? Is it some clever tactic managers use these days as it seems to happen a lot with saints. |

I doubt that is a measure of any success they may be able to bring to us with similar input as we are such a small club in terms of income worldwide to Newcastle. They may get us to that level eventually, but it would take a lot longer and perhaps the powers that be would not allow us to break into their elite club, using PSR to keep us at arms length. |

I guess this is a sign that Leeds either do not have the money to spend, or are unable to spend big due to rules. They must realise he was part of a team that went down on almost the worst points level ever. If they do not target better than Downes, they are going straight back down. |

I have never watched a full woman's game, only highlights. But for me, the quality was seriously bad. Akin to watching under 12 boys teams. It is not entertaining. |
