Watching Chelsea playing now reminded me that we played them at Stamford Bridge shortly after this dreadful incident. They had bucket collections all around the ground that day and the talk was that £25 grand was donated by the fans. |

Just watched the extra time and penalties of this match, a bit passionate at the end to say the least, not much love lost there.
Real won it on penalties.
The second penalty was disallowed for Athletico because the player slipped while he was taking it and appeared to touch the ball with the other foot. They are replaying it numerous times and it’s certainly not conclusive. |

Just watched it on Sky Sports.
Covered the Busby, Atkinson, Docherty and Ferguson eras enjoyed it but found it strange that there was hardly any mention of Roy Keane, especially that he was at the club for 12 years and during that time they won 7 league titles, 4 FA cups and a European Cup.
The main focus seemed to be on Beckham and Cantona. |
