Decent pair of noise cancelling headphones and putting your phone on silent pretty much solves most of those |

Surely its more secure as it requires you to unlock / authorise the transaction rather than simply tap. Quite like the simplicity of it, even more so using my watch which also has my season ticket on it. |

"He dragged us up to a prem under Redknapp." Not really how I remember it, but we all have opinions. I always felt that side tried its hardest not to get promoted despite it having the highest wage bill the Championship had ever seen up to that point. Almost succeeded, as well. |

Didn't we go a calendar year in the Prem without an away win, that was tough going. |

The whole thing is ridiculous and insulting to the man! Like him don't like him, doubt he cares! He does at least deserve some respect for being a professional. Feels like some are sulking a bit, and not just over last Saturdays result |

Whatever peoples opinions of the current setup, (if this comes off) then they have pretty much addressed each of the problem areas! Aside from Gk :( Feels like a huge gamble is being played though, 100% faith in the plan. Have to be able to get promoted or sell a player or two next summer to keep it going. Could be that Chair has been sold for decent money as well. |

Absolutely agree! I don’t follow the fitness and injuries at other clubs but would imagine it’s not looking good comparatively. Given the small size of the squad it should be something the club excels at. |

Jumpers for goalposts, £5 tickets and muddy pitches! I see the wry smiles on managers now when asked for their favoured formations, all a bit more fluid these days, probably always was to an extent with the more progressive sides. Anyway, club have gone out and signed players for the positions most of us were asking for. We’ll get to see how good a manager Stephan is over the coming weeks. |

Are we just making stuff up to get angry about now ? |

Seems like a big price to me! Still, long season ahead will need every able bodied player to see it through! |

As with most things these days there appears to be a vast amount of theories based on very little information. Assumptions are being made based on who certain roles report to without knowing what happens day to day, it does seem in keeping with the coaches can come and go approach with less impact up the structure when they do go. It does not seem unreasonable to me that they work closely with Stephan and come up with routines that suit the situations Stephans approach creates. I am just happy that there seems to be a club wide strategy for once, whether it works or not remains to be seen. |

I would imagine he does have to explain his actions good and bad to those he is accountable to, unfortunately this is not us as fans. |

Can't imagine he has any axes to grind and will give us a completely unbiased perspective on things. Should still be interesting though, just like with most things we have to take it with a pinch of salt |

Out of interest what kind of speed were you running those marathons at? Big difference between running 26 miles in 3 to 3.5 hours compared to plodding round in 4 to 4.5 hours. I just think it’s been fairly well proven that most footballers struggle playing three games a week in the modern game which is why the clubs with more means and bigger squads fair better at it. |

Seen us lose by more with more experienced pro’s out there than tonight. Maybe the balance was wrong as we played the second half with no pace upfront. |

In fairness to Nourry, we were not performing any better when we had those with supposedly better qualifications in charge. A third of the clubs in the division performed worse than rangers last season again with (following your line) supposedly better qualified people in charge. Quite frankly, hiring from the same tired talent pool hasn't got us anywhere aside from a freak title win 15 years ago. Plenty of ex footballers stealing a living in both management and advisory roles, jobs for the boys etc Not as though we (as fans) have any say in it anyway. |

We have certainly seen worse Managerial league debuts,. thought the team look reasonably well laid out with each player knowing their roles. Not much to ask for but not always a given. Saw times when we kept ball well and played into space. Both full backs did well, as did both wingers. Unlucky a couple of times when Field fluffed his lines in the box, sat there and thought if only that had fallen to someone else. Celar did not do enough but he also had zero balls played in to the box that he could have a go at. How lucky are we to have Chair though, looked good, still chasing balls right up to the last minute. As has been said, going to be a long tough season fighting relegation unless a couple more come through the door and we can some how avoid picking up these injuries |

Big fan of his tv show back in the day (was it really 30 years ago), not so much his recent work. |

Awful game, scheduling Brentford as the last friendly is probably the worst decision the management team at the club have made for a while (since not divulging contract lengths..). Fans had no interest in it and it hasn’t set us up at all for next week. We don’t appear to have a first 11 yet, feels like it’s going to take us 10 games or so to get up and running. |
