I think maybe it’s because we haven’t really found his best position yet.
He’s unlucky that we have so many ‘10’s’, so probably hasn’t been given the run he needs / deserved in that role . He needs a run of games in 1 position which is potentially where a loan for 6 months could really help . But that’s the clubs / managements fault not his particularly.
I understand bits of criticism around his overall game play and he certainly has a lot to learn, with interfering family members too, but Dave Mc’s ‘aggressive lunge, on him on the All New Nourry Appreciation Show, was completely over the top, on what is essentially still a teenager (I think he just turned 20 but I could be wrong). |

Well, let’s see how he does .
Going forward I liked him a lot . Defensively not so much but hopefully he has learned a lot and is fully entitled to be given a crack at left back .
But by the way, when did it become an absolute no no on here, for people to express constructive criticism about individuals?
Starting to do my head in.
No one is saying “Larkeche is sh*t, blah blah blah “.
It’s ok for people to express concerns based upon what they have seen and witnessed with their own eyes and express them constructively and without being disrespectful, without being made to feel like they some sort of Nazi, just because they are concerned they might not be quite up to the standard they need . Yes, we should wait and see how he does , but previous performances defensively have been mixed at best.
To ignore that is just not realistic .
What is this absurd protection racket some fans have that they just can’t have any concerns raised by other fans without feeling like they are the great protectors of our club?
It’s ok. The club and the player will survive . I promise .
Anyway , chose the hottest day of my lifetime to move house so I’m exhausted hot and bothered .

Pretty sure there was a few more too . Dembele for one . Andersen another with 2 separate injuries.

Would have been nice to know how Daniel Bennie was after what looked a very bad injury ?
Saito, did he have an op? How bad was it ?
Little things like that are not essential, but they go a long way to bridging the connection between players , the club and the fans .

It’s been argued Ad Nauseum on here and no one really has proof of anything and those that do can’t share it on a public forum for obvious reasons .
Ridiculous, petulant and egocentric .
Whether ultimately it was the right decision we’ll know in the next 6 months .
But…..time to move on .

For those asking about Xavi.
He went out with the players for drinks the day after the Sunderland game .
Went into the training ground early Monday morning , said his goodbyes to staff and went straight to the airport to catch a flight to Barcelona .
In short , he couldn’t get home quick enough. |
