Yes. He has a very long list of terrible behaviour, some of it oafish some of it downright nasty. He's also currently leading the coup within the sport to give himself and a couple of like-minded individuals almost complete control. |

Rubbish from start to finish, as others have said. Dembele continues to look like he's never played organised football in his life. Bet he's great in a skills session but has absolutely no idea what he should be doing in a game. Hayden was completely off the pace, Field was much the better of the two (although that doesn't say much tbh) and I thought it was odd that he was taken off first. Dunne continues to look out of form. Vale was completely negated by two pacey full back. As for Nardi, well, how about we stop pissing around with the ball at the back? |

'Degsy' is perhaps the most cretinous owner I've ever seen in sport, which is saying something. Good on Wigan for calling him out on his drunken foolishness. |

What are you talking about? His entire post was aimed at people who had criticised Nourry |

The OP's suggestion that criticism of Nourry comes solely from the signings we make is for the birds, it's much more connected to the way he has conducted himself over the last 2 years and how trustworthy he may or may not be. |

Yes, he looked a step quicker and also a little lighter than in previous games, so he's obviously building his fitness which is not surprising. I'm going to reserve judgment a little because, whilst he looks good with the ball at his feet, he did also pull out of 3 or 4 tackles yesterday which is a bit of an amber alert for me. We'll see how he goes over the next few months. |

Something I've been thinking about since the three signings last week - and is similar to your comments in the report about the game model being put to one side - is the change in player profile these signings represent. The club spent the entire summer and opening month of the season playing up the prospect of the DS players coming into the team and playing a big role, and yet we've just gone out and signed 3 experienced Championship players. I don't believe this was the plan all along, although they'd probably try and spin it that way, because they could have signed Hayden ages ago if they'd wanted, perhaps even Saito too. It looks to me like they've had a bit of a shock - that front office naivety coming face to face with Championship reality - and been forced to add some experience, some know-how, some reliability to the team. That's not a bad thing, in fact it's been staring us in the face, but it does feel like an interesting move. |

I thought Leaburn was a handful all afternoon. I think I'm right in saying he got off to a flyer a couple of years ago and then had some injuries, but's got more about him than just being a big lump. One of those players who will grow into his role as a CF. |

Dumbest post I've read on here in a loooong time. |

I can hear Clive at various times in the past saying along the lines of "We have to enjoy the victories, because they're few and far between and there's a lot of nonsense that comes with supporting QPR". So, absolutely, we have to celebrate the win and the 3 pts and the improvements and of course beating Nathan Jones. If I'm being honest, though, it was a low standard game, with both teams struggling to string more than 3 passes together. I suppose we did at least try to do that at times which can't be said of Charlton. Agreed very much with Stephan's post-game comments. We started with a bit of life in us for a change and had a good 20 minutes - even Madsen won a tackle! Around the time of the Kone stoppage Jones had his players around him and they came back into the game. Had us on the back foot for 10-15 minutes before half-time. Second half was very even, very little of real quality from either side, but it was our subs that changed things. Saito obviously - got to love the little fella! - with the goal and his all round enthusiasm. Burrell also, with that pace against a tiring defence. Agree also with those posters who said Mbengue looks like a loose cannon. Dembele hmm. And surprised Vale lasted as long as he did, he was puffing early on. And we all look short of fitness tbh, but that's obviously an ongoing issue. Anyway, as said, got to enjoy the wins because they don't come around too often. |

You'd trust the people running this 'project' to spend that money? You're insane. |

On your last point, those clubs sell players whilst also winning football matches - heck, one of them just won a trophy for the first time in their entire history. That makes the developing and selling of players aspect a whole lot more palatable. We, by contrast, rarely if ever win matches which, of course, dramatically alters the atmosphere - and that's before we get to the divisive nature of the people running the club. I'd also throw in the differing expectations around those clubs, Palace are similar to ourselves in lots of ways, but the other two, frankly, are small clubs who hadn't achieved anything of note for at least 50 years. So when they embarked on their own 'projects' they both had a very small fanbase that expected nothing and were used to not even getting that. We, on the other hand, have a majority of fans who remember having outstanding players and exciting teams. I'd suggest no-one in our fanbase thinks we should be lower than a top 10 Championship club. It's a very different starting point and something the club really doesn't seem to have taken into account, in fact QPR seem to have given no consideration whatsoever to bringing the fans with them on this journey. |

Varane, sure, Nardi is debatable. But what have the others done yet? Seriously, what have they done to prove they're good signings? Potential, sure, but nothing beyond that. |
