Gives a 100% every time he wears our shirt and always seems to put in 2-3 world class crosses a game , it was a mistake us getting rid of him in the first place imo as Warburtons teams were always lacking pace |

We have gone back to what did us good last season and that’s be a horrible team to play against with a some good solid football thrown in
Earlier this year we were all over the shop and to open, our midfield of Anderson and Madsen was like playing with 9 men , I think Marti wants to be expansive but has learned the hard way that we don’t have the players to play to attacking football from the off |

How woodman and Angus Gunn are professional goalkeepers still amazes me
Goes to show the old man network in football working wonders as both of these keepers make Joe lumley look like Gordon banks , if either turned up at our gaff I think i would call it a day |

There’s probably about 2 teams who can do this in Britain, city & Liverpool

It never used to be like that and that’s what the last 20 odd years plus this board has done to us as a fanbase

I grew up on Byrne, Fenwick, Bannister , Dawes , macca
Then Seamen, Parker , Francis, Falco ,Maddoix
Wilkins , Barker, Wegerle
Sinton, Les, Sinclair
Even the dark days we had Rowlands ,Shittu , Bicham, Gallen , Palmer , Day all of those would walk into this side now
We have been so far left behind the likes of Palace, Fulham, Bournemouth, Brentford it’s frightening
Brighton were playing in athletics stadium FFS and look at them compared to us now
It’s heartbreaking to think we used to smash Spurs, Chelsea, West Ham every other season
Loftus road used to be a fortress now it’s a cliche for commentators to spill out the tight nit atmosphere line
I’m fed up of teams having a nice big jolly at our gaff and taking the p1ss it never used to be like that and until this board goes and we have people who know what they are doing then I’m checked out |
