He has been very disappointing this season - his persistent cramping is a worry.

Take him out of the side for a bit when Chair and Poku are back.

Let him get fit and reintroduce him in a few weeks.

He’s a very good player, I’m sure of that. Just having a bad “moment”

Why are you directly comparing us with Coventry - the best team in the division right now by a country mile ???

Ridiculous

Julien Stéphan, I mean, come on...

Very impressive start so far. 9/10.

He’s shown he learns very quickly, is very decisive, makes good choices that change games.

Just needs to learn how to structure the team to win the games where we are the favourites.

He’s made changes I don’t think 99% of us would have made like dropping Field for Madsen and it’s working.

Kone's all round game

He’s outstanding, a complete forward at this level

He could have had 3-4 assists if others had their shooting boots on

Great display that has put some of our past strikers to shame

What a great day,
at 16:11 20 Sep 2025

We’ve got a team.
We’ve also got a squad.
And on top of that, we’ve also got some more to spare

The bench looks strong
Clark salter, chair and Poku aren’t even involved yet

And the ages of the talent means they’ve got time to get better and better

Very optimistic!!

We could have a 20 million and a 10 million quid front line by the end of the season if these two keep it up at this rate

Excellent performance.
Who cares about possession?
Kone is a monster, Burrell, Koki and Vale all electric.
Could easily have been 4 or 5 goals today.
All the defence looked solid, nobody less than 7/10.
We’re going to batter someone soon.

Madsen

He’s been good since the end of last season.
Doesn’t look the most interested which I think is why he gets a lot of stick, but he has very good technical ability and end product.
Proving himself to be a good asset at this level

I wasn’t that excited about him signing (mainly due to the fee!) but completely proven wrong and so so happy to be wrong

He’s been absolutely electric and he hasn’t even had a pre season

Just when I thought people couldn’t come up with any more reasons to criticise Madsen!
Four key passes yesterday and it’s still not good enough

Great player - he’s really alert, hard working and rapid.
Really like what I’m seeing from him so far.

Pretty much how I see it.
Fully fit the squad is very very decent.
Lots of options,
Lots of potential,
But can we get them all fully fit consistently enough?

I’d like to reiterate we need to be signing Ronnie asap.
We can’t play 46 games with Cook and expect to stay up. No disrespect to Cook he’s a good guy, a real leader, but his legs have completely gone.

We had a perfectly good manager in Marti…
at 06:51 24 Aug 2025

This isn’t about our result - this is about whether Marti is a good manager or not, and whether that’s even relevant as the guy clearly wanted to go
Charlton had 8 shots on target yesterday, Leicester had 2
Coventry had 8 shots on target, we had 2
The difference in result was 0-1 and a 7-1 - you could argue Leicester got away with a poor performance that’s all I’m saying

Drop Walsh
at 06:41 24 Aug 2025

We do need to start Nardi now.
I don’t think Walsh is to blame but we just lost 7-1, it’s not about worrying about peoples feelings right now.
We need a rock solid line up against Charlton, and that starts with the keeper.
If Nardi isn’t trusted by management, then we need to buy someone else. Walsh is what he is - a developing keeper - he needs a loan to league one to play 46 games.
