Totally underwhelming window yet again.
at 20:29 1 Sep 2025

£80 odd million for Dibling and Fernandes and we once again end up without a proper Centre Forward.

There is absolutely no chance whatsoever that Downs,Stewart,Archer and Armstrong will score enough goals to get us promoted back to The Premier League.

Downs looks completely out of his depth.

Stewart is constantly injured.

Archer is a journeyman footballer with nothing more than an average goal scoring record.

Armstrong is a shadow of the player he was a couple of seasons ago.

Thanks very much yet again Sports Republic.

Watford 2-2 Saints.Same old same old, poor keeper and forwards who can’t score
at 17:10 30 Aug 2025

Anybody who thinks that we are automatic promotion candidates need only look at today’s result.

Ahead twice and left hanging on for a point against a team that will finish mid table at best.

Five points from twelve from matches against Wrexham, Ipswich, Stoke and Watford isn’t even playoff form.

How many times does it happen before Sports Republic realise that Bazunu isn’t good enough and you can’t continually rely upon defenders to score more goals than your forwards ?

Only Sports Republic could spend millions on four totally inept forwards
at 22:26 23 Aug 2025

Stewart.
Brerton Diaz.
Downs.
Archer.

Honestly, how is it humanly possible to assemble such a bunch of talentless journeymen no hopers all at the same time ?

Millions spend on transfer fees and wages and not one of them can hit a barn door with a banjo.
