Got high hopes for him this season. Defensively suspect (which he really needs to work on) but he's still the one I'm most excited about.

The fact he played such fewer games than Paul Symth (not hating on Paul at all) but had a better goal and assist ratio speaks volumes.

He's had a real good pre season and looks set to hit the ground running.

Just don't get injured! 😬

British Players Playing Overseas.

Is it just me or is there now a significant increase of semi to decent British players playing in Europe now?

Seems to me a massive upturn in the last 2-3 years.

There has always been huge influx of European players playing in England but a small percentage the other way till very recently.

Good overall that players want to play and are happy to indulge in different cultures.

Deserves a thread. Thought he was absolutely tremendous tonight.

Think we were 2nd best as the whole performance goes but a much better 2nd half.

Frey, could of easily gone down for Masden goal and took his goal brilliantly, pressed when he could. 3 goals now.

Now I'm super happy we've won and looked okay the last couple of games and in Marti we really have got someone I'd love to take us forward no matter what but....

I just don't trust this squad to get us over the line. How we are only 3 pts away from some form of safety is madness because we have been poor for years now.

What a fairy tale currently happening with the club Girona.

At the time of writing this they are beating Barca 1-3 at their own patch. A large town of 100,000 residents and will be top of the league ahead of Real Madrid if they win tonight.

Bellingham has rightly got the attention over there but if Girona win the league that would be bigger than Leicester doing it in the PL.

Love hearing a good underdog story!

Absolutely the right decision to let him and Dobbo go regardless of what happens now but genuinely been thinking about how he must be feeling and the state of his mental health.

Just feel he deserves a thread of his own. A position we clearly lacked in. Understandably shakey to begin with but what a find. He's like a hybrid of many left backs we've had over the years. And looking consistent with every game that's passes in a new league and playing practically every game so far.

If there was ever a week to show what we are capable of that was it.

What fantastic man management and tactical awareness to navigate a week like we've just had.

Special mention to Dykes, lovely to see him step up today and get his rewards.

3rd in the table level on points. Don't think anyone here would of thought that was possible.
